Our Story Hearth & Herd Animal Care was founded out of a lifelong passion for animals and a deep commitment to their well-being. With over two decades of hands-on experience in animal care — including several years as a veterinary technician — I bring both professional expertise and heartfelt dedication to every animal I serve. In addition to running Equine Care Services LLC, a trusted provider of horse care in the region, I’ve built long-standing relationships with my clients — many of whom have relied on my services for over ten years. I am proud to be a trusted partner in their animals’ lives. Whether it's daily walks, feeding routines, medication administration, or specialized farm animal care, every service is tailored with attention, consistency, and compassion. And as of this year, I am also Animal CPR and First Aid certified, further ensuring your animals' safety under my care. At Hearth & Herd, your animals are more than just clients — they’re family. My career has always been dedicated to the care of animals. They are a part of my everyday life. I would be lost without them. I will care for your pets as if they are one of my own. I have a fenced yard, an outdoor and indoor kennels if needed, plenty of fresh air, and lots of snuggles.

I work from home full-time, which means your pup will have plenty of attention, supervision, companionship, and outdoor breaks throughout the day — not long stretches alone. My home is in a quiet rural town with a securely fenced yard where dogs can safely explore, play, and relax. I love getting to know each dog’s personality, routines, and comfort needs so they feel right at home here. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or prefers naps and cuddles, I’ll make sure they receive patient, loving care and lots of affection. I know leaving your pet with someone else requires trust, and I’ll do everything I can to give you peace of mind with updates, photos, and dependable communication during their stay. I’d love the opportunity to care for your furry family member! Pet care is a natural part of my daily life because I work from home and have been a lifelong dog owner. Pets get plenty of attention, outdoor time, playtime in my fenced yard, regular potty breaks, and lots of affection throughout the day. Because I’m home most of the time, dogs are rarely left alone and can enjoy a calm, comfortable environment where they’re treated like part of the family. I provide dogs a safe, secure place to be themselves with personal attention and mindful consideration of their needs. Because I have dogs of my own, any visiting dog will have playmates and socialization throughout their stay.

About: I have lived on a farm since born and have owned all types of animals! I currently work from home everyday so dogs are always with someone. I worked at my hometown vet clinic for over 8 years so very experienced with any species of animal! I have taken care of our clients animals and I have been fortunate that they have recommended me to others as well! I am very much an animal lover! I have experience taking care of farm animals such as horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, and even feral barn cats to domestic animals in the home. I own horses, chickens, goats, and dogs of my own. I am known to be very realiable and flexible with any schedule! I am able to meet anyone’s demands if needed and will care for your pet as if my own! I work from home and am with my dogs at almost all times! Always am available to take time to play and help reduce energy levels! I have a fenced yard and free roaming pasture for high energy dogs! My dogs love to play with others and love to run around and engage in playing.

About: I have been pet sitting since before my children were born and they are now grown. I am a young retiree with lots of time, but I am also active enough to keep up with even the most energetic babies. Most pets do better in their own environment and routine. Advanced notice is required to prior to gather all the information necessary to ensure a smooth process. Spoiling your pet with all the attention they require is my top priority. With house sitting services, you have the added bonus of having your home looked after as well. When appropriate, I also offer boarding services in my home one client at a time. ***My dog will stay with me on all house sitting bookings*** I adjust my schedule to your meet your babies needs. Your babies come first, my schedule comes second. I am retired, so I spend the vast majority of the day with them. During the meet and greet, I gather all the information needed in order to keep their routine as close as possible to their current routine.

About: I have much experience with all types of dogs, bigger pups like German Shepherds, or smaller pups like Yorkies! As well as many other breeds. I have handled reactive dogs, leash pullers, and lazy ones! Happy to help whoever I can! I’m a new stay at home mom, so getting out and getting fresh air during the day while you work, or keeping an eye on them while you’re away is perfect for me! I live on 10 acres of land with a big 3 acre pond. Plenty for a pup to roam, without getting too close to traffic ways, as might house is behind the pond on the far back of the acreage. As well as a beautiful neighborhood for walks! Can crate pups if needed!

About: I’ve owned pets my entire life. From larger breeds to small, I’ve owned them all. We currently have a two year old female Goldendoodle that is super spoiled and friendly, and 10 month old female cat that is also super sweet and friendly! They compete our family! I’ve also cared for family and friends’s pets when needed, so I have lots of experience taking care of other peoples fur babies! I currently work from home, so I have lots of flexibility in my day to tend to a dogs daily needs. I have availability through the week and most weekends as well! I have a fenced in yard and one friendly Goldendoodle that would love to entertain a furry guest! I can crate if desired but for the most part your dog will be treated like family. Our dog is our big baby and spends her day around us and not kenneled throughout the day or night. We used to use her crate at night when she was a puppy and potty training, but she no longer needs it, so she typically sleeps in a room with one of our children. We can try to best accommodate your routine requests to keep your pet feeling right at home!

About: I’ve spent my entire life caring for and loving animals. I was farm raised so my love for animals stretches beyond just cats and dogs. I have had experience with all ages of animals from newborns to seniors in their last stages of life. In the last few years I’ve fostered many animals in hopes of giving them a second chance at life. My pets are my family and I’ll ensure your pets feel welcome and safe with me too! I work from home allowing me to be with the pets almost all the time. I am able to accommodate almost any food or potty schedule, helping pets feel less stressed and in a familiar routine. I have a large fenced yard and two very sweet dogs to keep your pets entertained. We also have a cat who sticks to herself but who also isn’t afraid of new animals. We have 3 children from age 8-16. I can accommodate most schedules including feedings, walking, potty breaks, medicines or any other special needs that your pet might have. Do not hesitate to ask if your pet has special diets, treatments or routines to see if we can make it work.

About: I haven't dog sat previously, but I have owned a dog since I was a little kid. I know the ins and outs of taking care ofa pe. I currently have a full-time job, so I would care for your pet on weekends, holidays, or some early mornings. If known in advance I can try and take some time off to care for your pet if needed more than just weekends. I have a fenced back yard, with 3 friendly dogs that would keep your pup busy! I also have extra kennels if your pet must be kenneled!

About: I’ve been around pets for as long as I can remember. We cared for multiple dogs and cats as I was growing up so I have a lot of experience. I currently have an Alaskan malamute and two kitties that I’ve raised since they were only weeks old so I have experience with puppies and kittens. I am currently between jobs so I have plenty of time to care for your pet :). I am available any day of the week and have some availability on select holidays as well. I have a lot of space for your pet to romp around! I have a crate available as well in case it’s necessary. I have two kitties and a dog of my own so your pet will never be lonely!

About: I was born and raised with dogs in my life and care passionately for them! I will play, roll on the floor, lay and watch TV and bring your dog along for car rides with me (if you want). They will be my dog too when I care for them! Regular potty breaks and feedings are never overlooked and I promise to only feed them what you would like me to. There will be no other family dogs while I care for yours this will ensure that your dog will be safe from confrontations or diseases with other animals. I will provide you with regular updates even pictures while you are away to ease your mind if need be. These guys will feel as if they are visiting a friend with me!

About: Hi my name is Bridget and recently got my masters degree in counseling! I have had a pets for my whole life and just got one of my own named Otis. I truly believe that pets are companion animals and need to be treated well. I love both cats and dogs equally so I will have no bias when it comes to pet sitting. Over the summer, I pet sat for dogs as well as cats. I am very caring, friendly and respectful. I love taking pets on walks as well as just hanging and playing around with them. I will take care of your pet just as I would take care of mine.. like they are my number one priority in the world. Well I have a pet of my own. I like to go on morning and late afternoon walks and always have time for play time. I feed my pets the right amount of food and I can follow a feeding schedule if need be. About: I love pets! I have two small children who adore animals, i am looking to do a bit more with my days and help out those who need help with their pets! I am super flexible and have a big back yard and an SUV incase transportation is needed! I have 2 dogs that are super friendly and playful. I have a male cat who keeps to himself and loves our dogs. We start the day with breakfast, potty breaks, play time, then we nap a bit; next we have lunch/ dinner and play some more! I have a large sized fenced in back yard. I also have two dogs of my own. We will take naps, snuggle, play fetch, go on car rides, to the park or nature, and enjoy a few snacks. :)
