I have a full-time job Monday-Friday, I am available on the weekends and maybe and some evenings. I will do my best to make it work to fit your needs. This was my first experience with a house sitter and found my dogs to be much more relaxed at the end of the stay compared to when they board at a facility. About: I’ve had a dog my entire life except for a few very lonely months in 2020 after I lost the love of my life, Romey, the naughtiest lab with the best sense of humor. I grew up with labs (mostly ) but now have Gizmo, a labrodoodle , who will soon become BDE (best dog ever) if he can finally learn how to not jump like a kangaroo when he sees his dog friends. I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was young. I’d walk, feed and love on my neighbors and friends pets. I hope I will be the one you call and who you can trust with your furry BFF. Whether you have a long day at work or a weekend vacation, I’ll be there for you! I work part time on the weekends up on the mountain and have lots of time during the week to help out with your dog! I have a fenced in play area in my back yard and crates, dog beds and a designated “dog room” where your pet can relax in solitude or with Gizmo!

About: I absolutely love animals and have had them through out my entire life. I have experience from working at “Dogtopia” to “Home away from home, dog boarding”. I understand the importance of family and would love to be your dogs next best friend! I have experience providing care for a variety of animals, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring health. I am familiar with cleaning and sanitizing animal housing and equipment, and can recognize signs of illness or distress. By feeding, walks, and playtime—with my personal habits like breakfast, exercise, and evening relaxation it helps to create a consistent, healthy routine. My successful routine with my 12 year old senior terrier includes early morning engagement to set a positive tone, scheduled midday breaks or mental stimulation to combat boredom, and structured evening bonding that eases stress. I have a 12 year old friendly Emotional support animal named Flower, who still loves to run and play. I also live close to the park, and have a crate if needed.

My dog was not at all out of sorts after a long weekend which means meds were given on time, he had plenty of walks (probably more than normal), and he wasn't left alone for too long. Jonathan communicated appropriately throughout his stay and my home was left very neat and tidy. I'm extremely thankful for his kind care of my old, curmudgeonly dog.”

I have a very flexible schedule with my JMU classes this semester so I have lots of available time to spend with your fur baby. I am currently home for summer! About: I grew up with dogs, cats, hamsters rats, guinea pigs, ferret. Well-versed in pets and having to interact with them and give them love that they need whether it’s an hour day or all day and overnight. Currently doing this as a side gig, i work nights so i will reply as soon as im awake (generally sleeping 6am to 2pm) but I would like to do it full-time. Available any day but i need notice to ensure it works with my work schedule. Currently in an apartment doesn’t allow pets, but I have a vehicle and I am able to transport your pets to a park or go to your house and give them love

About: I have been a dog and cat owner/lover/advocate my whole life. I miss having my own pets so much so I pet sit during our travels and while we are home too! I’m a massage therapist and energy worker so animals LOVE my touch and calming presence. I’m very active and love long walks. I’m totally comfortable with large dogs. I have retired early so my schedule is very flexible. I am happy to travel to pet sits. I tend to do pet sitting in Florida during the months of January and February. I love having dogs and cats in my home. There is a little river behind my house and the national forest and Sherando Lake Recreation Area is just beyond the river so there’s lots of space for long walks. Pets will get lots of loving care, tons of cuddles, and undivided attention while under my care and I will walk for as long and far as your dog (or cat) wants to.
