“We highly recommend Skip and Mary! Blue is hard to win over and he was snuggling with them before the end of the first night. They are clearly dog lovers, and they are a perfect fit if your dog is used to having someone at home often, loves walks, snuggles, but is not comfortable around children. Thank you for taking such good care of Blue!”

April was enthusiastic to meet with Maggie, learn of any and all possible nuances of caring for her, and did an excellent job of keeping me updated on Maggie's behavior and condition throughout her stay. Overall, a great sitter, would use again!”

About: My husband and I have had our own dogs for 14 years. In 2023 we moved into our forever home, after a year of renovating an 1883 farmhouse with 8-acres. At that time we started to watch our friends dogs when they went on vacation. Our current lab Brucer lost his brother (Beau -lab) early in 2023 and we noticed how much he enjoys playing with the dogs we watch. We are not ready to commit to having 2 dogs of our own again, but we have enjoyed watching others dogs and most importantly Brucer has enjoyed having friends to play with! Our dog and 2 barn cats are part of our daily routine. We feed them together every morning and evening. Given that we live on 8 remote acres our lab often goes outside to lay in the front yard or wander out back. We will also take him on walks. Our lab comes with us when we go up north during the summer or when we visit our parents. One of us (my husband or I) are home Friday-Monday. We work away from the house Tuesday-Thursday. There are occasional days that I do work from home mid week (feel free to inquire if you want us home). We have 8 acres, part field, part wooded and we live on a dirt road. Our dog has learned to stay in the yard. We prefer to be able to provide your dog with full off leash time. However, we are able to do leashed walks as well.

“Veronica was a great host for my Tess. She took great care of her. We will be returning customers.”

“Heidi is wonderful! She took great care of Oakley while we were on vacation. Her home is beautiful and Oakley loved going on walks and watching animals in her yard. Heidi sent pictures everyday and communicated well with us. She even agreed to extending his stay for an extra day so I could spend it helping with a sick family member. We couldn’t have asked for better care!”

“Our dog Daisy had a great stay. We were sent photos and up dates periodically through out each day. She always looked happy, playing, eating or resting. She came home happy and healthy. We would absolutely recommend and book again!”

“It sounds like Hulk was a bit of a challenge being in a new surrounding. Katie did an amazing job despite the adversities. I would recommend her to anyone.”

“Becky was wonderful! She and her two girls were the perfect match and companions for our pups while we were on vacation. We will most definitely call on her again when we need someone to care for them. Everything we could have asked for and more ❤️”

“Great experience with Renae and her husband. My dogs were well taken care of and welcomed into the home like they were part of the family. Communication and pictures were great, no complaints.”

About: I pride myself in making sure your pet gets the enrichment they need. As well as creating a comfortable environment for them. They will get all their walkies, and treats! I usually am up by 8am. First things I do is make sure my animals are fed and they can get their days started. Then I clean around to make sure I change toy placements to create more stimulation. I make sure my animals are first in my daily routine. I usually get started with my day after I make sure they are okay. I let my cats wonder through out the house. I avoid leaving the bathrooms open, but they do have bathroom times when humans are in there. For whatever reason they think I am going to fall into the toilet, and or a shower monster is out to get me. I also have some outside time for my cats, with leashes. If any of my dog friends come over, I have a fenced in yard for them to roam around in, as well as living around friendly trails to walk on.

“Amanda is amazing! This is the second time I have used her and I couldn't be happier. We did a longer trip this time and from the updates and photos, it was obvious she went out of her way to make sure our pup felt welcome. I will for surely book Amanda in the future. She is the BEST!!!”

Courtney & Ryan I.
“Ryan and Courtney have been watching our dog, Scout since he was a puppy. They are awesome with him and his rambunctious nature. He has a lot of energy and they take that in stride by giving him plenty of exercise. I know that he is well cared for when we leave him; he is treated like another member of their family. They send frequent text updates so we know how he is doing. He is always happy and excited to go to their house for his stays with them. We feel confident leaving Scout in their care and have no reservations about recommending them to anyone else.”
