“Nicole and her family were wonderful!! They took great care of my Pointer Stella and she had a good experience. They sent me pictures of Stella with Nicole’s family and her friendly pets. I would most definitely recommend her to any of my friends or whoever reads this! I will definitely be bringing Stella back for more visits!”

“Highly recommend Amber! Our dogs looked so happy each time she sent pictures or videos, she has a great fenced in yard for them to run around in and even allows dogs on furniture and beds. Hands down my dogs favorite part I’m sure! Her sweet daughter even bought my dogs a toy, they love their new “baby”. Thank you Amber!!”

“Wow. This was our first experience with Rover and Rodney and we are so thankful to have found such a loving & FUN home for our dog when we are gone! Henry had a fantastic time playing with other dogs and being accepted for the puppy he is! To be honest, we were happy he wanted to come home with us! Lol! He was living his best life! Freedom outdoors in a fenced yard and so many dog friends to play with. He ate great which is a sign of happiness. I would give 10 ✨if I could. Rodney is a wonderful person! Thank you!”

“Robin was great! She took excellent care of Emme. We haven't been apart much and I was nervous, but Robin kept her safe and happy. I will definitely use Robin again when I'm in Hillsdale!”

“My dog obviously had a wonderful stay with Anne - he came home tired and happy. She took him on walls and pontoon rides...lucky dog! She is firm and loving, and was careful to discuss our dog's preferences and needs when I dropped him off. She does not currently have pets of her own, but introduced him to the doggie next door. I could not be more confident leaving my pet with her.”

“My wife and I were traveling and needed to find boarding for our dog Chloe. We found Arling and Mary, and our experience with them was nothing short of wonderful! We met them for a meet-and-greet, where we discussed boarding expectations and Chloe's needs while Chloe had the opportunity to explore their residence. We were impressed by Arling's questionnaire sheet, which he used to take meticulous notes about Chloe and her needs and routines. We felt at ease and very confident that Chloe was in good hands. Drop off was smooth, and we received regular picture updates throughout Chloe's stay. When it was time for pick up, Arling and Mary helped bring Chloe and her stuff out, and also helped load things into my vehicle. They are very kind and personable people, and it is reflected in how well they took care of Chloe. I'm pretty sure they spoiled Chloe more than we do! I would 100% recommend them as Rover providers, and look forward to booking with them again!”

“Very responsive to messages! I appreciated the pictures of our dog while they were there and could see how happy Coco was being there! Thank you again! An absolute pleasure and will definitely book again if needed!”

“Best sitter ever! Great person. Took great care and sent plenary pics. Really loves animals. I recommend her to anybody that loves there pet. She loves them like her own kids!”

“Coddy and Byron were wonderful as always! We are always so comfortable leaving Baxter with them, never a worry while we are gone. Baxter always comes home tired from all the fun he has had there.”

“Great communication. Easy drop-off/pick-up. Dogs seemed to have a great time and were happy as can be when we got them back. Will definitely use Nicole again! Highly recommend.”

“Phenomenal dog sitter! My good boy got the chance to stay with April and her dog Rufus for a long weekend while I was out of town. He came back happy and plenty tuckered out from playing in April's fenced in yard. Great response time, great rates, and great sitter! 10/10”
“We had the most incredible experience with boarding with Haleigh. We boarded an 18 month old GSD puppy with her. She showed him such great care and provided many updates. I cannot recommend her more. Five star. Nicest person ever.”

“Mariana and Denys were wonderful with our high-energy pooch! They were quick to respond and we could tell she was well cared for. We would definitely recommend and hope to use their services again!”

“Renae was absolutely fantastic! She was very attentive to any needs or wants we might have and took excellent care of our dog while watching him over night. She was very good at communicating and went above and beyond with our dog. We will absolutely be reaching out again in the future for any dog care we might need.”

“Rhonda was great with our GSP! She sent us updates almost daily along with pictures! He has a lot of energy and loved running around in her backyard, and enjoyed all the extra snuggles with her!”

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
