“Ellen is such a caring and thoughtful sitter. She is quick to contact us with any issues and I trust her to care for my pets while also ensuring the safety of our home. As usual a great job!!!!”

About: I've had 2 dogs and one cat of my own and was heart broken when I had to leave them overseas after graduating high school. I also often cared for friends' pets, including dogs, cats, and chickens. I am not currently working so I am free everyday for walks or runs. I am not able to board pets in my own home but am willing to provide pet-sitting services in clients' homes and yards. I am not able to board pets in my own home but am more than willing to provide pet-sitting services in clients' homes, I have done so for friends before.

About: First pets were dogs and I’ve never looked back. Walks, pets, food, love all guaranteed, if they need extra medical care as well I will do. Their better health is important to me. I have a part time job Tuesday-Friday 9am-4pm with Tuesday being a night shift 4pm-9pm. I’m a college student and at the moment I get around on bike so I’m only able to take work in town at the moment. Thank you so much for considering me and I’ll always do my best to make sure your pets are cared for the best way possible. I live in a home with one lazy cat. I’ve volunteered in local cat shelters and on top of having pets throughout the years I’ve walked and looked after family and friends pets even having to take in some friends pets in emergencies when their living situations were not in order. I’ve walked and picked up my family’s big dog when he got too lazy to walk back so no matter how heavy I’ll be able to get your best friend back home.

“Alex was great. She dropped-in on our 11 yr old Maine Coon cat, who takes a while to adjust to new visitors. Nonetheless, Alex provided updates daily and did her best to socialize with our cat, while also respecting his comfortability. She gave us great peace of mind while we were away.”

“Dayna was perfect! I don’t trust many people but I took a chance with the Rover app. I really couldn’t have gotten a more reliable person. She kept in contact with me and did everything she was asked to do. She’s also a pet lover and just a sweet person in general. I’m beyond happy that I found her and will definitely ask for her services again in the future. I cannot thank her enough for such a wonderful experience. Gram says thank you too!!!! ❤️❤️”

“My 2 kitties got care from Kate for 2 drop in visits. Everything seemed to go exactly to plan and everything was clean and in order when I returned. Kate sent updates as agreed, and it was easy to meet and schedule with her on short notice. Thank you!”

“Laurie was great with my kitties and sent me lots of cute pictures!”

“It was immediately apparent to us that Heather loves animals (in our case, cats). She communicated promptly (daily) and sent us pictures of the cats enjoying themselves. She was conscientious about caring for our pets and for our home. We definitely recommend her highly, and we will not hesitate to request her services again.”

“Marie continues to be my go-to when I’m out of town. Even my more standoffish of the pair takes up residence on her lap during drop-in’s. I really appreciate how much attention and care she gives my girls.”

“Joe did an awesome job. Not only did Riley come to him right away, he seemed great when I got back. Elder cats, regardless of how they live, can be a special challenge when their owners are away. Joe jumped right in trying to befriend Riley, and it worked. It's hard enough leaving our fur babys. Joe is already booked for a repeat, he was that great with my kitty.”

“Christa is always available when I need her. She’s great and happy to send updates with pictures and Bruce loves her. I’m never stressed when I book with her. It’s always convenient and I never have to worry about Bruce getting his walks and potty time. Thanks for being Bruce’s sitter! :)”

About: Hi, I’m Vanessa a lifelong animal lover with a passion for caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Whether your pup loves long walks, cozy cuddles, or playful fetch sessions, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I’m committed to providing personalized care, regular updates, and lots of affection to keep your furry family member comfortable and content. Your dog’s well-being is my top priority. I’d love to meet you and your pup to see if we’re a perfect match! I do work full time but I am only 3 minutes from my home and am able to spend lunch hours and plenty of time with your pet. I have a lovely fenced in yard with plenty of room to run. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room to run. Dogs will have access to a doggy door and free to roam around. My dog Toby loves new friends

About: I can give medications in different routes, help with senior care, and basic puppy needs like training tips and tricks to make puppy life easier and fun. I’m working with pets all day long from dogs and cats to exotics like reptiles and pocket pets giving them love and care when needed. I’m very trustworthy and have worked in the veterinary field so I have experience with pets of all shapes and sizes. I have knowledge that some pet sitter may not have.

About: I have taken care of my own dogs my entire life, but also started taking care of others' a few years ago. I am dependable and always have the best interest of the animal. I have had reoccurring pet-sitting jobs where I have administered prescriptions and taken care of elderly dogs. I am currently working part-time, so my schedule isn't packed and I am pretty available. On weekdays I usually work between the hours of 7a-12p and on weekends 5:30p-10p. I personally mix having my dogs in a crate and free range of the house, so am comfortable dealing with both situations. My cat is allowed in all parts of my house, so I am most comfortable with your cat having the same allowances in that area, considering I don't have experience with getting a cat into a crate.

“Karen did great taking care od my shy senior kitty! Sent nice pictures and thorough rover cars. Followed all instructions for my cat's medication and he was a happy and healthy camper when we came home. Would use again!”

About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 10 years, starting with my own pets. I have experience with small and medium-sized dogs, and currently share my home with a sweet, mild-tempered male mini Australian Shepherd who is neutered and gets along well with other dogs. I’m also comfortable caring for senior pets and those with disabilities or medical needs. I understand how important it is to be gentle, patient, and attentive to each pet’s unique care routine. In addition to dogs, I absolutely love cats. I’ve raised a few of my own since they were just weeks old after their mother passed away, so I’m familiar with bottle feeding, kitten care, and building trust with shy or sensitive cats. Whether your pet is playful and energetic or prefers a slower pace and extra snuggles, I’ll care for them like one of my own—with love, respect, and plenty of attention. I’m a full-time local teacher and lifelong animal lover who’s currently on summer break. With a more flexible schedule this season, I’m excited to spend my free time doing something I truly enjoy. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, or cat sitting, I have the time and heart to give your pets the attention they deserve. In my home, pets are cared for in a safe, loving, and well-supervised environment. I have a spacious, fenced-in yard that allows for plenty of outdoor play and potty breaks. My dog, a 4-year-old neutered mini Australian Shepherd is friendly, well-socialized, and does great with other animals. If your pet prefers more space or alone time, I can easily accommodate that too. My cats can be kept completely separate, and I’m happy to follow any routines or preferences your pet is used to. Whether in my home or yours, I always aim to create a calm, clean, and comforting space so your pet feels safe, happy, and loved.

I’ve done pet sitting for many clients and have been very trusted with their homes as well as with their pets. I respect both the home and pets and do what is needed for both.

I’ve cared for: -dogs -cats -goats -horses -cattle -poultry and other birds -reptiles And more! I ensure they follow their usual routine, including feeding, playtime, and exercise, while also offering companionship and affection to help them feel at ease. Whether it's administering medication, cleaning up after them, or simply keeping them entertained, I strive to meet all their needs with patience, responsibility, and love.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs of all breeds since I was a young teen, from Mastiffs to Dachshunds, walking, brushing, baths, you name it! I am comfortable with dogs of all shapes, sizes and personalities. I currently work with both dog and human aggressive dogs. I am comfortable with special needs pets, and am able and happy to give any medications they may need. I will love your dog as my own, and look forward to working with you and your pup! I’m also prior military so I have base access! I'm available everyday! I have classes currently on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but it's only for 3 hours in the morning. I finish the semester late May, and will update my school schedule when full time classes start again in the Fall (around August of 2025). With the four dogs at home, they each have very different needs. One is not friendly with other dogs, and 13, so I like to keep him comfortable. One is a senior boxer, who is still very active and I am constantly playing with her. One is an older frenchie, who honestly is only interested in cuddling, so I make sure to cuddle up with him whenever possible. The last one is a young golden retriever. He is high energy, and cuddly. I take him with me on hikes, and am constantly training him on correct behaviors.

“Manvir is a reliable cat sitter and always makes sure to send updates. When our cat had a new routine, she followed the modified instructions. It's nice to know that our social cat is in good hands while we are away.”

Hannah J.
“As long as I have known Hannah she has been an actively caring and kind person. And, that also goes for how she is with animals. Hannah has always liked animals and wants to take care of them and be with them. I have seen her take care of dogs, cats, chickens, and horses. She is thoughtful about how she approaches each animal and is willing to learn from those who might know more than her. She is not afraid to clean up a mess or work hard, especially when helping others, a person or an animal. She did take care of our dog and cat for several years and did well. Hannah is someone I can trust to do what she says she will do for another person. I think you would find her to be a great help to you, your pet, and, simply enjoy knowing her.”

Yazmin G.
“Yaz has been fond of animals since she could walk. She is caring and loving of all sorts of pets. Animals seem to pick up on her natural positivity and gravitate towards her. One of her most memorable occasions was when she cared for a injured white dove. The dove had been attacked and seemed to be beyond salvation. Yaz cared and nursed her back to full recovery. She is amazing!”

“Vanessa is a great dog sitter, and dog mom. I once had to leave my dog at home over night because I had to stay in the hospital. Vanessa was able to check on him last minute and provided him with food and water. She was also really kind to Gizmo and made sure he was doing well before going back home. I felt so much better knowing Vanessa was taking care of my Gizmo. Highly recommend her!”

Acorn cat parents share their Rover experiences
Marie was amazing with my diabetic cat, this was my first time leaving her since her diagnosis, and I was nervous, but Marie handled everything with care and confidence. She followed all instructions perfectly and kept me updated throughout. On top of that, she watered my basil plant and even cleaned my microwave—completely unprompted! I came home to a happy, healthy cat and a tidy home. Truly above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Sara went above and beyond as our cat sitter and completely exceeded our expectations. We had a last-minute need for help after one of our cats developed minor health issues, and she stepped in with just a day’s notice full of enthusiasm and care. What started as a stressful situation quickly turned into peace of mind, knowing our cats were in such good hands. She sent us a bunch of adorable photos and videos each visit that truly became the highlight of our day while we were away. Sara was incredibly communicative, stayed longer than the scheduled 30 minutes to give them extra love, and made sure they felt comforted and cared for. 1000/10. thank you so much, Sara!

I just can't say enough good things about Joe. My kitty is older and was just diagnosed with some life ending issues. I had to travel, and the only reason I was able to go was because of the care he takes with Riley, especially after losing one of his fur family not a month ago He's really the best. Thank you Joe, for all you do.
