“Jay watched our two boys this past week. We're new to London and this is the first time we have left them behind in their new home so we were very nervous (as were they). But Jay made them feel so comfortable as soon as they met and they warmed up to her right away! Which means a lot from a pair of old dachshunds. :) She sent us constant updates with pictures and gave us comfort knowing our boys were well taken care of. And we came home to two VERY happy pups! We highly recommend Jay, she'll take the best care of your fur babies.”

Dexter does not build relationships with new people easily, but Anna won his trust early on. Anna was also very good at sending us photo updates about Dexter, which made us feel reassured that our beloved pet was well. Finally, we appreciated how respectful Anna was to our home- we found it tidy and clean. This was our first time hiring a stranger to look after Dexter, and we were a little worried, but Anna proved to be trustworthy and reliable. We plan to hire Anna again in the future if she is available.”
