About: I have owned dogs all my life and currently own a big beagle baby called Barry. I am able to deal with most dogs and administer any medication with confidence. All dogs that come to me for stays will be fitted with an Apple AirTag for the owners peace of mind. This is a little tag that attaches to the dogs collar that enables me to track them should they slip their lead while out walking. All dogs will be kept on a lead at all times while out and about this could be either a 30meter long line if they have good recall or a shorter lead with my own dog being a flight risk I understand how worrying this could be for owners and want to reassure every owner who brings their pet to stay I will know where they are at all times. I am currently home all day everyday and I work two nights per week from 10pm-7am most days me and Barry will be out for around two to three hours walking along the costal paths All dogs will have free rein of the house and back garden which is secured by 6ft brick walls all around. All dogs have access to clean fresh water at all times and wil be fed according to their routines. All dogs must be good with children over the age of 7yo. This is a must as I have a child who is dog savvy but is only 8 years old.

About: I have had cats and other small pets my whole life. I currently have three cats. I used to work in a boarding kennels and cattery. I am single parent and working part time. I have plenty of spare time during the day and most evenings. The only real restriction on my availability is the school run between 3 and 4pm I have a car, so I can travel to owners homes, without restriction. Feeding/watering, litter tray changing, giving medication and of course human interactions, all to keep the pets happy.

About: I have taken care of the dogs of my friend while on holiday and whenever they required assistance in a daily basis. I enjoy doing so. I think pet caring is a crucial part of my well being. For me it’s a joy to have in my day the company of a beautiful pet I give them water regularly and take them to parks around my neighborhood. I attend to their needs and try to be a present as possible to make them feel comfortable.

About: I've had a variety dogs my entire life and as an adult I used to own a rescue whippet who required extra care and attention due to his needs. This has been a massive learning curve for me as I've had to take extra interest in his behaviours so I can understand his way of communicating whether he is angry, sad, anxious, happy. After almost 2 years of having him I was able to read the dog like an open book and was able to identify these behaviours in other dogs and can now confidently act in a way they require to make them most comfortable. I work 5-6 days a week but I love spending time with dogs and animals in general so making space to spend time with the dogs is a massive priority for me Unfortunately I’m able to care for any animals in my own home as my housemate is allergic but I’m more than happy to visit a pet in their home and be respectful. Whether they want to play in the garden/home or go for a big long walk, I’m content with doing both.

About: I have always had dogs. I grew up in a farm on Anglesey and we had farm sheep dogs as well as Rhodesian Ridgebacks. I have bred Labradors for over 20 years, but sadly after I lost my beautiful black Labrador girl in summer 2023 I have decided to have a break from owning my own dogs for a while. I have boarded dogs of all shapes and sizes and am an experienced handler. Please message for further information. I am a full time dog sitter. I had to retire from teaching recently due to back problems and therefore I am looking forward to enjoying a more leisurely career doing what I love - spending time with woofers. Getting to know your dog and gathering as much information from you is the most important step. Then following your care instructions is key. I have experience of dog training as well as boarding and breeding therefore your dog and your home are in very safe hands
10. Mandy E.
“Mandy did a fantastic job caring for my cat and ducks over Christmas and New Year! My plans changed coz of the Covid (bah humbug) but she was flexible and adapted to my shifting requirements! Only downside is I think my cat might want to go home with her next time she comes coz he's getting spoilt! Haha. Thanks Mandy! Great job!”
11. Hannah B.
