“Victoria was WONDERFUL with my senior puggle, Bacon! She went above and beyond trying out different ways to help Bacon (who experiences separation anxiety) be more comfortable outside of her usual environment. She was also extremely accommodating when it came to keeping Bacon on crate rest as she recovers from a disc injury. This was our first experience with a pet sitter, and the frequent photos and updates Victoria provided really put my mind at ease. Thank you!!!”

“Alicia was very flexible and helpful with our needs. We were living on our boat and without a car for pick up and drop off so she transported our dog. Because Calypso is an older dog, she got help from family with first floor housing so Calypso didn't need to make the stairs to her 3rd floor place. She did not take other dogs in the home at the same time, accommodating our dog's difficulty with others. While it was hard to leave Calypso, we know she was loved by Alicia and her family.”

She even sent us a picture of him lying on her bed on a blanket in dim light watching a nature show on TV. LOL We knew he was being cared for when we saw that! When I picked him up, instead of him being crazy and barking and jumping and being all happy to see me, he was like, “Hey, mom! What’s up?“ He was so chill and relaxed! We will definitely bring him back here. Thank you, Natalie!!”

“Jo Ann and Richard were the best! Usually people on Rover never give our puppy a bath because he squirms so much but they him so comfortable that he easily sat through a bath. When our puppy tore up his stuffed toy, JoAnn stitched it back together. They really cared for our puppy just like we would and I really appreciated it. ❤️”

Calli didn't even notice I was there to pick her up because as soon as she came out the door she was so excited to go out in the yard and looking up at Shelly, wagging so excited. Calli is older and I was so anxious when first looking at commercial boarding options for her, but all my concerns were completely gone when we met Shelly. I was able to go on my trip worry-free, knowing Calli was in a great place with great people who clearly have a love and understanding for dogs, and who were able to give her the care she needs. It was like her own little vacation! I am so grateful for Shelly and her ability to provide dogs a comfortable and relaxing home away from home.”
