5. Emely R.
“BEST ROVER SITTER EVER! My dog was in HEAVEN. Seriously my dog wanted to stay with Emely when I came to pick him up? Emely was extremely communicative - sending multiple pictures a day. Pictures were either him having a blast playing with her dog or him wiped out from the fun day. She took the best care of my pup I could ask for!!! 1000000/10 - best sitter in Anchorage!”
6. Olga M.
“I have dogs that are rescued and have been wary of people and Olya is compassionate towards them and understands their boundaries and fears around new people. I believe she will be great with anyone’s pets and be a great friend to the pups too.”

About: My love of animals is obvious when I interact with them. I have had dogs for most of my adult life. I have senior and puppy dog experience. I am happy to chill with a senior who needs more low key interaction or work on potty training or whatever command(s) your puppy is working on. I have great working knowledge of beginning stress behaviors in dogs, and can therefore act appropriately to get them to a comfortable place away from the threat. Or just wear your puppy out while you’re at work. I am extremely versatile and want to work with you so that your animal is not only comfortable, but hopefully finds a friend in me. Your animal’s safety is my top priority, and then of course fun. I take on the responsibility of looking after someone’s pet very seriously. I am not currently working right now so my schedule is extremely flexible. I do have other obligations, but my s nestle is probably more flexible and open than many sitters. In my home I have two kids, 3 and 9 that have been raised around multiple dogs their entire lives. I wouldn’t bring my children into a client’s home, but they may be in my home- more or less depending on the week. My pup is crate trained, but is allowed on furniture and sleeps with us every night. When we lost our seniors pretty close together my eldest took it rough, (me too). Lucy, now 2 has been a joy to play with and train. She knows many commands and tricks. I am happy to do as little as food and water with a pat on the head, to walks, to hanging out with doggos while you’re working and happy to help if you’re out of town. I can do recurring or one time. My schedule is open and many Alaskans travel for work and play. I think my availability is a great way for us to work out possibly complicated routines. I can’t wait to meet you and your pet!
8. Iain M.
“Iain seemed really nice and had obviously taken my dog for routine walks. Great experience!”
9. Ralph S.
“Ralph accommodated my crazy work travel schedule, sent lots of updates, and most importantly took excellent care of my pup Rocky. I so appreciate his attention and care of my dog. Thank you Ralph!”
10. Madeline & Karen W.
“Madeline and Karen are the BEST sitters in town. Trustworthy, compassionate, and just authentic love for dogs. They watched our Ozzy for a few days, this being his first time with a stranger and their dogs, and just completely made things easy. You can trust that they will know how to make your dog comfortable and safe! I don’t think Ozzy wanted to leave!”
11. Isabelle M.
“Isabelle is amazing. Our dogs were loved on and played with- we got daily updates and knew they were in the best hands, even when our lab got emotional and had more anxiety than we expected him to have. She blew my expectations for boarding out of the water. Cannot recommend enough!”
12. Sharon & Michael C.
“Absolutely wonderful and caring people with a welcoming home and great yard for dogs to play in. She sent me beautiful pictures of Finn and a sweet video too. She’s the best and I definitely give her five stars!”
13. Ashley & Nicholas W.
“I loved seeing all the pictures of Pippin having a great time playing and snuggling. Ashley and Nicholas were great at communicating and taking care of my pup. 10/10 would recommend!”
14. Suzanne S.
“Suzanne has watched our dogs both at her house and at ours. The dogs seem to love her and always seem happy and are well cared for upon our return.”
15. Trey K.
“Trey took in my very high energy husky mix last minute and was amazing throughout the six days that I was gone. Trey shared photos/videos of my dog and kept me”
16. Lisa M.
“Lisa is amazing and caterers very specific needs for my Charlie. Here dogs really helped with my dogs temperament and when I got him back it was like he had visited a dog whisperer! The fenced yard ensured that ge was getting ample exercise (which he needs) with their dogs. My whole trip, I was getting updates, photos and videos of my dog. They ha e a special cat that likes to play with dogs. This was a great interaction because now I don't need to worry about Charlie attacking Cats... the whole experience was amazing and I will repeat next week when I travel again. I highly recommend!”
17. Scott C.
“What a wonderful experience we had with Scott! His one on one attention is just what Balto needed and he came home relaxed and happy . We are so grateful to have Scott as our sitter now and highly recommend him to pet owners who want personal one on one care from a former Iditarod competitor, trainer, and dog whisperer!”
18. Thomas V.
“Tom is the best dogsitter ever! I left my dogs with him for two weeks over Christmas and New Year's, and he would send me updates and pictures every day. He is a dog owner himself, and takes wonderful care of his own dogs, and extends that care and love for other dogs as well. He is very detail oriented in their care and will try to make your dogs feel as comfortable as possible in his own home. He took one of my dogs to the vet while I was gone, and kept me updated the entire time how the visit went and what the doctor said. He really goes out of his way to make sure your pets are well cared for and that you have peace of mind while you are away. I can't recommend him enough!”
19. Kerri & Julian T.
“Boarding went great! Very friendly and took great care of Toby”
20. Jennifer F.
“Jennifer was amazing with my skittish pup. She has two sweet dogs, one of which is a big, lovable German Shepard who at first made my little pup nervous, but with Jennifer's oversight the two were soon getting along no problem. I came home to a happy dog!”
