Billy was personable, understanding, and reassured me Charlie, my old, anxious, and maybe even senile boy, was going to be well cared for while I was away. I received daily updates and Charlie received daily walks, plenty of treats, and cuddles on his own terms. By the time I made it back to pick Charlie up, you'd almost think that was his permanent residence. Billy and Louie are on my list of keepers for my very loving but increasingly challenging pup.”
