“My Shih Tzu Gigi first went to Gilbert just over a year ago for a week's vacation when she was just 4 1/2 months old. It was winter break week and they had a full house of little dogs. We were so nervous leaving her, but Gilbert and his daughters were so wonderful and loving. She had such a fabulous time playing with all the other dogs and outside in the snowy backyard. Gilbert sent us daily photos and videos which were such a treat. Right after this trip, she started coming to Gilbert for daycare every day while we are at work. This is her home away from home and Gilbert and the girls are her second family! She loves her doggie and kitty "sisters" too!”
2. Ashley N.
“Ashley and her family did such an amazing job taking care of my 2 year old schnoodle. She welcomed me in and gave me a brief tour and low down of her cozy and immaculate home and yard, and made sure any questions or concerns I have were addressed. She kept open communication with me through the app, and I felt he was in great, safe hands until I picked him up nearly 10 hours later. He took a few walks along with their dog, and had a great time and made new friends. Hope to use them again soon!”
3. Janna W.
About: We are a family of 4 (mom, dad, and two girls - ages 6 and 14) in a private home with a fenced yard. We have had three dogs and several small animals as part of our family, but our last dog crossed the rainbow bridge in September 2022. After some time to grieve, we now look forward to sharing our home with your best fur friend while you are away. We are committed to your pet(s) being the sole focus of our love and attention. We only board one pet at a time unless they are two (or more) from the same family or dogs with an already established friendship. We are comfortable giving pill medications if needed. We are home full time in the summer and typically available for boarding from Thursday mid-day to early Tuesday morning during the school year. We are available on weekends, most school vacations/days off, and for longer-term care in the summer (July/August). **If you have a dog who is wee-wee pad trained and/or can hold him/herself for 4+ hours, we are happy to do weekdays/full week(s) from Sept-June provided you are comfortable with the dog being alone during the work week for about 4-5 hours at a stretch. We can come home for a potty break around lunchtime, so feel free to inquire about your needs.** We are two adults available in a private home in Greenburgh/White Plains (10607) with a fenced yard who lovingly care for dogs, with smaller dogs being our specialty. Additionally, we have two daughters eager to play with and entertain your fur baby (if that is what they would want). You can rest assured your pet will be our one and only for the duration of their stay.
4. Lauren G.
“Lauren is a pet lovers dream! She was quick to respond and has the energy of golden retriever puppy! She was kind and warm and loving towards our 1year old black lab. Zin, our dog , passed out when she got into the car after her play date with Lauren and George her pug. It was the perfect place for an energetic pup and she sent the most precious pictures !”

“Patricia is great! She watched my 4 month old pup for the first time today and showed him a very fun and caring day. She was very helpful with advice and tips on how to train him and we’re very grateful. Once you talk to Patricia face-to-face, it only takes a couple of minutes to see she loves and cares about dogs! I highly recommend her if you need your pet watched and cared for. A+++”

Your pets will not only be safe and cared for - they will be showered with (wanted) affection and kept busy and engaged. Kim has a way with dogs that is immediately apparent. 19. Leina S.
About: Hey there! I've walked and sat dogs (not sat on) on and off for the past 16 years, as part of dog sitting agencies and doggy daycares, for friends and family, as well as for my own dog. Caring for furry creatures is one of the most therapeutic antidotes to city life, and because dogs and other animals put me in such a good heart and head space, I'm always present with them and return the favor. I've cared for very young puppies, as well as elderly dogs and cats with special needs. I've administered inhalers for asthma and walked dogs twice my size. I love every animal I come to meet, even those who don't warm up right away. I work from home part-time and set my own schedule, so my weekly availability is very open and flexible. I'd be happy to adjust my plans whenever possible to fit in a walk or a drop-in same day. I care for all pets as I would my own, giving a mix of attention, gentle discipline, and affection in the amounts that each moment calls for. Ensuring that your furry friend feels safe and comfortable in my care, whether they are in my home or their own, is of utmost importance to me. I carry myself with a calm, confident presence when meeting new dogs, to make sure we start our relationship off on the right paw.
