From wrangling them into carriers, driving them to the vet, getting full rounds of vaccinations for 2 mature house cats, sitting in crates for a week surrounded by unfamiliar noises, smells and sights and then bringing them home again, boarding is terrifying for them and expensive for me. I am so glad I found Liz for home visits. The cats are home in their safe space and I know they’re fed and watered. They’re both shy around strangers but Liz was able to lure Darby out from her hiding spot under the bed for some purrs and treats. I highly recommend her expertise and will use her services again in the future.”

I'm very comfortable taking care of any pet, and I have taken care of senior animals who require insulin shots and meticulous diets. One of my favorite electives at university was my 'Psychology of our Pets' class where we learned about how to best care for our furry friends and keep them active and healthy. I have owned dogs, cats, and even birds! Since I'm home from university for the summer, I'm pretty much available at the drop of a dime! While I would prefer a day's notice, I should be able to take care of your pet within two hours of your request. She took the absolute best care of our dog while we were out of town, truly making him feel comfortable and welcome in her home and showering him with love and affection. He was sad to leave! In addition to being the nicest, Thandi is extremely experienced and knowledgable about pet care - truly the best of both worlds. We felt so comfortable leaving Ernie in her care and got constant updates and photos. Ernie cannot wait to return to Thandi's home. “First time boarding with Randi and it was an incredibly smooth experience. Randi is extremely flexible and was a life saver for when we were away on a multi city driving trip. We were watching the weather in case we needed to abandon our plans and come back home mid trip. Randi was extremely flexible and accommodating and I am so grateful for that. Our dog is a picky eater and is also on some tricky meds…and Randi kept in touch with regular updates. She persevered with attempts to get her to eat both food and meds, until our dog did finally start to eat! Our dog came home happy and healthy! We will definitely board with Randi again!”
