Emily is patient and really understands canine behavior…she even gave me some helpful tips, which I have implemented with my own pups. Every day I received multiple videos and photos of my two dogs…which made me so happy! Each time I messaged Emily, she was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with! We especially love that he gets indoor and outdoor time. He was previously going to an indoor only daycare and it has only been positive changes in his mood overall since coming to Ruth’s!”

“Heaven was great taking care of our golden retriever over one week of vacation. Our dog has anxiety, doesn’t do well at doggy camps, and we were worried as it was her first time staying with a person who was not a family member. Heaven and her family did great taking care of her, taking her on walks and playing fetch with her everyday. Heaven was really good at sending photos and videos. Before leaving her for a week we did a one night test, and when we brought her back, she was happy to see Heaven. When it was time for pickup she wasn’t anxious to leave or anything. She was clearly attended to and happy. We recommend Heaven and will use her services again in the future.”

I could tell my dog was happy and at ease, and even when she got home, I could tell she had a great time. Catalina even put the cutest bow on my pup when it was time for pickup. It can be scary leaving your pup with someone new, but I highly recommend Catalina if you want peace of mind and want to leave your pet in good hands!”
