“Shannique did such a great job taking care of my 1.5 years old Pomeranian. This was my first time using Rover and my dog had very limited experience staying with others, so I was a little nervous. However, Shannique was so professional, she brought toys to our appointment and was so patient waiting for the dog to warm up. She was also great at communication! Throughout our appointment, she kept me updated about every 20-30 minutes and sent pictures. My Hawaii trip wouldn’t be complete without her taking care of my dog for two nights - it really freed up my time to allow me to enjoy dinner and other activities that were not dog friendly. “Georgia was amazing with my goldendoodle! She was attentive, communicated regularly, and sent a lot of pictures so I was fully up to date every day. I was nervous leaving my dog with a sitter for the first time, but Georgia was so good with her that she had more fun with her sitter than with me! “Barry helped me a few years back by caring for my daughter's cat when we had to do a last minute trip to the mainland. Normally the cat hides when new people stop by but that was not the case when she was introduced to Barry. He did a great job of covering for us and we would definitely use him again.”

“Mike is AMAZING! We booked him to stay at our house with our 2 dogs. Regarding our dogs: One of our dogs is a rescue and can be overly anxious which causes him to be aggressive. In our intro meeting, our rescue dog was being problematic. However, Mike has worked with dogs like him and luckily, my dog's temper tantrums didn't deter him from watching my dogs. During his stay, my dog quickly warmed up to Mike and are now great friends. It speaks volumes to Mike's patience and experience with trouble dogs. Regarding the House Sitting: I don't think necessarily was part of the job description but I do have an older house that unfortunately decided to throw Mike some curve balls during his time watching my dogs. The wind took a window off its hinges and shattered glass all over and my refrigerator sprung a leak. Lucky again for us that Mike is very level headed, communicated the problems to us, and found solutions quickly to remedy the situation. We came back to the window mess being cleaned up, the fridge in working order, and towels used laundered and folded. Overall, I'm incredibly thankful for Mike and will certainly book him again the next time we're out of town.”

I was leaving on Friday and needed a dog sitter for the second part of my holiday trip and I reached out to Junko on Thursday and she came over that very day to meet my dog Dottie (17lbs) and go over everything. She sent me cute photos and kept me updated with important questions and comments during her stay at my place with Dottie, and Dottie loved her!
