“AMAZING! Claudia is an experienced, conscientious, and caring Rover. I wish I met Claudia years ago. She really took time to get to know my cat, Squeaks, and make her feel at home. Claudia understands cats. She recognizes and accepts a cat's unique personality. As she got to know Squeaks, Claudia adapted her caregiving for Squeaks' comfort - even when Squeaks awakened Claudia at 4AM for attention! I know this because Claudia is also a great communicator. This was very important to me because it was the first time I left Squeaks with anyone. My older cat had recently died and I was unsure how Squeaks would react to being alone in a new environment for three weeks. Claudia sent tons of cute pictures and care updates. The frequent messages were comforting. Claudia understood that I was on an unpredictable work assignment, so I couldn't always respond. In spite of this, Claudia kept the positive updates coming. It was heartwarming to check in at the end of the day and see how well Squeaks was doing. I was reassured that Claudia was caring for Squeaks as if she were her own fur baby. As a first-time Rover customer, I was pleasantly surprised by several other things Claudia did. Before accepting Squeaks into her care, Claudia asked multiple questions about Squeaks' background, health, and personality. This not only was beneficial for Squeaks, but also protective of other pets in Claudia's care. Conversely, the questions gave me confidence that any pet in Claudia's home while Squeaks was there would also be safe for Squeaks. Another pleasant surprise was that Claudia adapted her schedule to accept Squeaks a day earlier than planned when I was asked to report for work as soon as possible. My experience with Claudia was MUCH better than my previous experiences with local cat hotels. Claudia truly cared for my pet as her own. She understood my anxiety about entrusting Squeaks with a "stranger". Although all our messages were professional and centered around Squeaks, by the time I picked Squeaks up, Claudia felt like a trusted friend who was caring for my cat. About: After the death of our beloved dog, our family decided to take a break from dog ownership to heal and rest a bit. I have had dogs (usually more than 1 at a time) my whole life! She has adjusted very well to having dogs around. We are a homeschool family and are at home or near home most every day. I would never have to leave your pet for any extended period of time. Then, during Lovely’s day with Maple, Maple sent lots of updates, with pictures and videos. Lovely is shy around new people, but Maple was patient with her and let her take the lead on what she was comfortable with. For example, Lovely was shy to go in the house at first, so Maple set her up on a long-line on the deck and kept the door open so Lovely could go inside whenever she was ready. My own dog recently passed away, and we miss her every day. About: Ever since a young age, my family has always owned a pet. When I was 8 years old, we got a black lab puppy. I remember helping feed him, taking him on walks, and enjoying much playtime with him as a child. Eventually, our family bought a kitten and there was the added responsibility of emptying the cat litter and feeding her. Once our dog passed, we got two more cats and now have three cats to this day. I have also had the pleasure of dog-sitting for my aunt when she goes on vacation. During this time, I would walk, feed, and stay with her dog, Jewel. Jewel had some issues with anxiety and peeing when given too much attention, therefore I gained useful knowledge on how to help with those behaviors. Throughout the years, I have also dog-sat and cat-sat for friends. I am currently working a full time job as a behavior technician from 9 am until 6 pm M-F. However I am an early riser and willing to walk dogs in the mornings. I also enjoy evening walks, therefore I can be available around 7 pm for a walk. I am normally available on weekends too. I do not own any animals in Hawaii. When I lived in Maryland, I helped care for my three cats by feeding and emptying their cat litter. I also enjoy cuddling with them and allowing them to hang out on our deck sometimes. I have also watched my friends dog occasionally and walk and feed her.

About: I’m a junior pre-med student at the university of Hawaii currently taking two summer classes so I have a lot of free time during the day! I grew up with multiple oversized lap dogs that have always been part of our family 💛 I have experience with different breeds, medical conditions, and training levels. I do part time work on Sunday’s and I volunteer on Saturday and Monday evening ⭐️ I live in a three bedroom apartment by myself so there is a lot of areas with new smells where pups can explore! I’m able to create more or less space for them depending on their needs. A key is required to enter the building, the elevator, and each unit so your doggy is safe and sound from the outdoors. My neighborhood is very pet friendly with two gated parks less than 0.5 miles from my front door.My favorite dog park at diamond head is also known for having socialized dogs and responsible owners 🌺

About: I have experience working at a dog daycare (pets in the city) - which provided care for elderly dogs, as well as big and small dogs. I am packpro training certified, which means I have training on subjects such as dog body language, dog handling, emergency situations and CPR. I also have my own pets - two cats and a Shiba Inu. They are my family, and I'd love to treat your pet like family too! I have had various pets since I was a kid! Rabbits, guinea pigs, cats, dogs - I have even taken care of horses. Animals are my passion! Aside from my dog daycare experience, I have personally pet sit and have done dog walking for my own customers too. About: I have taken care about pets since I was six years old I had cats, dogs, birds, hamsters, fishes. I know what they need at the moment and I know they are like kids need to be cared I work in study from home. You can drop off/pick up pets from 9am till 9pm. My own dog recently passed away, and we miss her every day.
