Katie went above and beyond to make sure Pretzel was comfortable, even meeting up before the stay to make sure it was a good fit, and dropping her off at our home ahead of our arrival! We can tell Pretzel was well-loved and taken care of while we were away. Katie was always very responsive and updated regularly with pictures and texts about how Pretzel was settling in. We would definitely recommend Katie!”

“My wife and I had to travel from Portland to NYC very last minute (and days before Thanksgiving) because of a death in the family. Since it was going to be a hectic trip, we decided to leave our pup Truman with Trisha. We were super nervous as this was the first time we had to leave Portland without him since we moved here. Truman spent almost a week with Trisha. She was super responsive and communicative. We got pictures and updates regularly. We knew 100% that Truman was in good hands when we got a picture of him after he had jumped in bed with her. Not something he would do if he wasn’t very comfortable! We would definitely feel comfortable leaving Truman again with Trisha.”

She was flexible about getting my new dog in at the last moment. We met a few days before the drop off, and she immediately instilled confidence in me that my dog was going to be in a good environment and well taken cared of. Throughout my trip, she sent me plenty of photos so I knew what my pooch was getting up to. Most importantly to me, she checked and improved my pups comfort level with other dogs, cats, and children. I highly recommend her services.”

She was great about sending updates to us like we requested so we felt good that our dog was happy and well adjusted. Great at communication and smooth pickups and drop offs.
