2. Jessica S.
About: My love for dogs and cats started young, so I made it my career. Thank you for looking at my profile. I am a veterinary technician at Espanola Humane Society. I love working with the shelter animals and helping provide no cost spay and neuter for the community. I have been working in the veterinary field for five years. I have my veterinary assisting certification from Pima medical Institute. Naturally I love caring for pets outside of work too, and that’s why I love being a Rover sitter. I specialize in boarding your doggies and kitties in my home or going out to your place for drop in visits. It is important for me to provide an interactive experience for your pets and to make sure they feel comfortable. I provide playtime during my visits to burn off extra energy, as well as monitoring potty habits and food water intake. My care procedures are base on your pet’s specific needs and you will always receive updates from every visit. Of course, I am knowledgeable in administering medications in any form and can help access your pets medical needs while you are away. I am more that happy to care for pets that have medical needs or seniors that need this extra care. I know that choosing a caretaker for your pet can be a hard choice so I think meet and greets are a great way to make sure you’re comfortable and know your pet is in good hands! While I do work full-time my home is never empty. My partner is home when I am at work. Once he leaves for work I am home. Your pet is never alone for extended periods of time. My home has a fenced in yard. Pets have free range of the main house. There are gated off areas to give the resident kitties privacy.

5. Melinda L.
“Melinda took amazing care of our senior dog, Doster. He usually hates being away from us, but he was comfortable with her immediately and even went up with tail wagging to say goodbye. They had a successful & fun day, & we’re grateful for the excellent care. :)”
6. Autumn S.
“We absolutely adore Autumn. She has pet and house sat for us around 10x. We love that she sends pics of our fur babies and gives such love and attention to them. She’s a real winner and we will continue to use her when we’re out of town!”
7. Emily D.
“Emily is caring and sensitive. I felt very comfortable leaving Tito with her and her beautiful pugs. Thanks!!!”
8. Michelle D.
“Michelle was wonderful! She was very attentive to my dog’s needs, and Mazzy had a great time playing with her dog. Michelle is very knowledgeable about dogs, and what they need; she also gave me some great training tips and insights into Mazzy’s behaviors and what might be causing them…”
9. Cecilia J.
“As a fellow Rover caregiver, I recognize when someone truly cares for animals. From watching Cecilia with my cat, and seeing how well she’s training and loving her own pup Birdy, I am 100% confident in her pet-care skills and instincts. Cecilia takes routine, training, and cuddle-and-play time equally seriously. I an happy to recommend her to anyone looking for someone to watch after their fur baby, whether it’s for a standard lunch time walk or an extended sitting stay.”
10. Anastasia E.
“Anastasia is a dear friend and colleague of mine with the biggest heart for all pets, animals, and nature! If you've ever met her cat and dog duo, you will know right away that she is the most caring and disciplined pet caregiver. Both her pets travel with her on road trips and are well trained and very healthy. When I stayed with her I had the best time knowing that I can be around pets who are well behaved and good tempered. I'd have her take care of my cats any day!”
11. Dom O.
“Dom was great with Alo! While it was just a short stay, it seemed like Alo got comfortable pretty quickly (which is unusual for her, she tends to be pretty nervous at a strangers home). Dom sent photos and made sure to keep in contact with how Alo was doing. I felt comfortable trusting that Alo was in good hands with Dom. Will definitely use Dom again when I’m back in town!”
12. Erika C.
“Erika was really great with my girl! She was very communicative and sent me updates while I was out. I am grateful for the care and kindness she took with my pup.”
13. Patricia E.
About: I have cared for dogs since I was a child. I have experience caring for dogs of all life stages. Animals are my everything, and I love getting to know the individual personality of the dogs and cats that I care for. I work from home two full days and one half day a week. I am also home and available to watch your dog most weekends. As a mom to two puppies, I fully understand the importance of following the family’s routine. I will follow every instruction you leave to the T. I also require every dog that I care for to be fully vaccinated to protect my dogs and yours.
14. David V.

15. Allegra L.
“Allegra is a loving, patient and caring animal lover! Not only has she loved her own dogs for years, but loves all of her family and friends animals as if they were her own! You’re in good hands with this one!”
16. Lauren W.
“To whom it may concern, I have known Lauren for a little over a year now and I can't express enough how amazing she is with animals. I have three cats and have depended on her to look after them when I am out of town. She kept in close communication with me, letting me know how they were doing each time she went to visit them. She has spectacular boundaries, not just with pets, but with people as well. Spending time with her and her own dog, I have seen her be very aware of how other dogs and their owners are acting so that she can keep not only her own dog safe, but also other's. She has spent countless hours training her own dog using treats and affection to make him a very sociable and calm pet to be around. She isn't shy, with pet owners or their pets, and will go out of her way to make sure pets are well taken care of. I cannot recommend her enough! Best, Astrid”
17. Jess C.
“I messaged Jess the evening before I needed daycare, and she was so generous to take Peggy on. Everything went very smoothly and they accommodated all of Peg’s food needs. Thank you!”
