Due to work well need a sitter every week and we will 100% be using Christina!”
14. Judy S.
“I have always been hesitant to use rover as I am a very nervous and overprotective dog mom and have historically only relied on trusted friends and family to babysit my dogs, but decided to take a chance on Judy as I got a good vibe from her profile. We went for a meet and greet prior to officially booking and it was clear my dogs IMMEDIATELY felt at home. My one dog Sam is VERY afraid of new people, especially men, and I was shocked at how comfortable he was immediately with not only Judy but with her husband Peter as well. It was very obvious Peter and Judy are total dog people. It was such a relief to know that my babies were safe and being taken care of all day and I feel relieved that I have found a reliable dog sitter that I can reach out to when needed, rather than continuously bothering my friends or family. Thank you Judy & Peter!”
15. David G.
“David is a wonderful pet caregiver! I know my dog is always in safe hands when it comes to David. He follows the schedule I leave out for him and my dog is more excited to see him than me. I couldn’t recommend him more!!!”
16. Lindsey D.
“Lindsey has taken excellent care of my dog Honey for over 3 years. I have known her to be a kind, compassionate, and a warm person to trust with the care of my dog while I go away, and to also to walk Honey while I am at work in the afternoon. She is very communicative, and responsive to my requests, which I am thankful for. She cares for my dog in a loving way and I am grateful for that as well. I highly recommend Lindsey to care for all pets.”
17. Dylan J.
About: I’m a student that loves dogs and would like to be your dogs new friend! My house is dog-friendly and spacious(fenced-yard) and the neighborhood is very safe as well. (Have a Miniature schnauzer-Maltese for 12 years) Like i said house is spacious so in case a dog might feel cramped in another house that won’t be the case here. Can bathe and dry dog if needed as well. Dogs can use the bathroom at anytime.(I take my dog for walks or to the backyard which are easily accessible and safe. Also have potty pads in case) House is clean and smoke free so no need to worry about that. I would love to get to know your dog and for your dog to have a wonderful time here! I'm currently in school part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends, and weekdays after 11am I have a fenced yard and one friendly puppy to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed. Neighborhood is a Cul de sac which is great for walking and safety.
18. Taylor C.
About: Hi there! My name is Taylor and I have been around all kinds of animals for over 30 years but have been working with dogs in a professional setting for the last 13 years. I am a certified dog trainer and canine behaviorist, certified dog groomer and canine nutritionist. I am currently in school to become a clinical feline and canine nutritionist so that I can be licensed to treat animal illnesses with food and herbs. I have been the co-owner of a pet hotel that offers boarding, grooming, daycare and training for the last 10 years. Prior to opening the facility with my mom who has been a certified master canine handler, trainer and behaviorist for 25 years, we had worked together in the largest pet hotel on Long Island for many years. I am also the co-owner of a human grade dog food company made here on Long Island. I also run a non-profit organization that raises and trains service dogs for veterans and first responders. I have come to Rover with my level of expertise to raise funds for the non-profit so that we may continue to help those in need. All of my time will be donated so that 100% of the money I raise through the jobs I get on Rover will be donated to the non-profit. You will receive receipts from the organization for every dollar you spend on my services so that you may use as a write off for donation through the IRS. A year end summary is also provided from the organization that outlines each contribution to the cause, which should also be given to your accountant. I am looking to pay forward as much good as I can in the world with the talents that I have. I can guarantee you will be impressed by the level of service and professionalism I can offer to you and your pets! I am looking forward to working with you while we both make a difference for a great cause! :) Since caring for animals is what I do everyday, nothing about my routine changes. Time throughout the day is given to your pet(s) for special one on one attention whether that is outings around town to enjoy nice weather or playtime in the house to stay out of the rain. Every situation will be different and depend on the wants and needs of you and your pet(s) and certain things may also be dependent on the temperament of your companions. As I live on the second floor of my pet hotel so that we may offer 24 hour care to our clients, any pets booking through Rover to stay in my home are completely separate from the hotel environment. I have four dogs and a service dog that live with me. All or some of my dogs can stay in my hotel should you prefer your pet be alone with me in my home. The same goes for any pets just getting walks or playtime in their own home.
19. Nathalia M.
“Natalia watched my three cats and dog with epilepsy while I was on vacation. We travel to Europe for a month this past summer and Natalia always updated us whenever she fed or administered any form of medication. She walked our dog daily and would send us the cutest videos! I felt very safe leaving my babies in her trust. I’m so glad we could rely on her. 10/10 would recommend Natalia’s care.”
