She was very professional and responsive to set up our first meeting, and then did a great job with him while she was here. She sent cute photos and videos, cleaned his litter, put up with some July 4 animal stress, and even proactively identified and resolved a potential concern. On top of all this, she managed a somewhat complicated security system without a hitch and was unfazed by our house being partially under renovation.
