About: I have been taking care of dogs for four years now and enjoy every minute of it. I have a dog with special needs so I understand the importance of providing great care for your pets. About: Right now, I am in NC for a duration, and can only pet sit in your home or do dog walking. I spend at least half year in Virginia too and there I can do boarding, dog /cat sitting in my own home etc. I have been a dog and cat owner all through my life. Most recently I rescued a stray mother dog and fostered her 7 puppies and made sure I got mother dog spayed and all their shots. I ensured the puppies were adopted by a good family. I work at a school so I am free on weekdays after 4 or anytime after 9 am on weekends though can do it earlier if needed. I can lodge one pet in my home (a large house with seven bedrooms ) on 8 acres of land so plenty of area to walk. I have plenty of dog and cat dishes, toys, etc. Loving and safe environment.

“Many thanks to Nick for great care he gave our dogs. Nick is courteous and quick to respond. Sent daily photos of their walks and included a mileage tracker. The dogs just adore him and waited for his arrival each day, especially our female who instantly bonded with Nick. While the dogs stayed at my mother’s while we were on vacation, having Nick walk them daily ensured they got their exercise and everyone was happier for it. I also really appreciate Nick’s flexibility and willingness to meet ahead of booking so everyone felt comfortable as we were asking a lot of him to care for a 4 month old and 11 month old puppies along with our 3 year old golden. After meeting him we knew that he was up for the task as he instantly got on the ground to greet and get to know all the dogs. We had a great vacation knowing that the dogs were being well cared after by Nick!”

They are her "people". She has taught her self over the years how to comunicate with dogs by picking up on their body language. All of her personal animals love and listen to her. She has earned this by giving them all equal love and attention. That should be enough to convince you...but if not you should know she has also somehow managed to train the cat how to do its "business" in the toilet!”

“James is phenomenal! He has been helping with, and doing extended stays with, our dogs for 10 + years. I cannot recommend James enough as a Rover! Not only is he great with dogs, and loves them so well, he is he is incredibly trustworthy and takes care of our home, as if it was his, while we are away. His communication skills are phenomenal, and expect cute photos of your dogs to be delivered to you throughout his time with them! We joke that James may love our dogs more than we do. We come home and they have been spoiled by his walks, his intentional time playing with them and his snuggles. He helped train our Willow when we got her as a puppy. He’s bathed the dogs when mishaps with the outside world have arisen (rolling in poop). We have one dog with severe allergies and James is incredibly mindful of ensure she does not encounter anything that would cause her issue. If you are looking for a rover, especially if you need someone you can trust to stay at your home, James is that man! He is our go-to dog sitter because we haven’t found anyone else that beats his level of care and attention that he provides to our dogs (and our home).”

“Olivia was on our summer staff for a few years. One of her bigger responsibilities was caring for our animals in the nature room, which included a tarantula, fish, and a variety of reptiles and amphibians, such as a snakes, toads, turtles, geckos. She kept up with their feeding schedules and ensured their living structures were cleaned and maintained. Our animals are used for educational purposes to she took care in handling them and teaching others about them.”

About: Hi there I have had experience dog sitting for friends cat sitting as well. You could also add chicken and goat sitting in there. I have my own senior pup that has special needs as well as working at a boarding and daycare facility that handles special needs dogs and cats on a regular basis. I have two puppies that are under three so I’ve just experienced potty training and manners, as well as dealing with puppies every day at work. I constantly take pictures of my dogs or for our social media page at work so a plus with booking with me is that you will always have some good pictures of your pups to look back at to know they are safe and getting the love and attention they deserve while you’re away. If you are looking for boarding, I have a fenced in yard and I’m willing to take really any kind of spayed or neutered pup size. For any other services i do you keep a busy schedule working full-time but message me more than likely I can work something out to accommodate to your needs. For cat sitting, I can stop by your house twice a day or once a day while you were on vacation. When I care for an animal, it’s with the upmost respect and love. At the end of the day, they are just going to be themselves whether that is accidentally biting because they’re nervous or jumping on me because they’re excited I take all that and interpret each dog differently and approach them as they show me. I also have a safe fencing yard and two little Pups, that love to keep other dogs company, and a senior dog that is a couch potato.

About: Hi! For as long as I can remember I've had a dog by my side, and couldn't imagine not having one there! I grew up with a temperamental but sweet German Shepherd so I'd like to consider myself patient and always careful. I used to volunteer at my local humane society and take dogs there on little walks all the time and sometimes out and about In that city. My favorite part about interacting with a new dog is seeing their perspective. Seeing how they handle their surroundings, and me. What I love the most is seeing their personalities come out! I love getting any dogs out of their shell and getting them comfortable with me and just having fun. It's also great interacting with a pupper who loves to play from the get go! I am a substitute teacher so I have free time during the weekdays. After 8:30am is the soonest I can start and I end at 3:30pm because of my daughter’s school schedule. I will treat them exactly how I would treat my own fur baby at home. Giving them the utmost care and playfulness or tenderness that they need.
