2. Amanda H.
“We cannot say enough about how awesome Amanda is! She is so sweet!! She came twice a day to walk my mom's papillon for a good halfhour each time and little Courtney just loves Amanda! As I live out of town, finding Amanda to walk my mom's pupper was an absolute godsend!! As I'm the one with the River app, I had great peace of mind getting the daily updates that she was picking up and returning little Courtney and the daily pics were nice to get too! We will definitely rebook with Amanda anytime we need her because of the great care she took of Courtney.”

About: I grew up in a household with dogs and a mother who loves dogs. She has taught me almost everything I know about dogs and how to take care of them. I also have dog/house sat for a family with three dogs throughout the years and have gained lots of experience from working with them! I work part-time as a barista and currently am not in school. I can generally schedule my work around dog sitting as long as I have a week or two notice. I also typically work 4-5 hour shifts, so i if I do have to work, your dog would not be alone for a long time. My mother stays at home for the majority of the day and would also be willing to help if needed. I have a large fenced in yard where dogs can safely play and use the restroom outside. I have 2 other dogs, a seven-year-old dachshund beagle mix (20 lb male) and a four-month-old dachshund (9 lb male, currently not neutered). They love cuddles, playing with each other, and sitting outside. When they are left at home they are put into bedded kennels and given a Kong with treats!

About: I will provide a exceptional amount of attention and love to your animal. My house is located right near highway 275 for easy access to the highway. During your pets visit I'll provide healthy safe snacks if approved by the owner and go on walks. I do about 1.3 miles which usually takes about 30 min. But also have a fully fenced yard. I'm willing to distribute medications for those dogs in need of special care as I've had experience dealing with dogs with diabetic and seizure problems. I'm also willing to accommodate with scheduling needs or last min. changes to a stay or service as my time is very flexible since I work from home full time. what is important to you is important to me. I'm always willing to help any friend or furry animal in need. I currently work at home full time so my schedule is very flexible. I’m happy to help accommodate any last min. Request or schedule changes throughout your stay. I have a fenced yard to keep your fur babies happy and safe. The area is mostly surrounded by trees and plenty of squirrels to chase. I currently work from home full time so I have plenty of time to care and play with your pups! My job does not require any phones calls ( just a occasional zoom meeting) so your dog is free to bark anytime. I have a fenced yard as well as crates if needed but I prefer dogs to roam free in my house. I try to recommend baby gates if the owner wants a dog to be caged just because I hate to see a dog locked up but happy to do so if it’s needed.

“My pups loved walking with you! Thank you so much!”
6. Ellie H.
About: Hello! My name is Ellie. I have lived with dogs all my life, I have a passion for their care and history! I have a history of working with dogs by working for a year at a boarding facility where I observed both dog and cats and took care of them through duties that would include feeding and giving water, playing with them, cleaning their kennels, and monitoring their health and behavior. I also have volunteered for local animal shelters, did training with shelter dogs and both my puppy and my adult dog, and I currently work as a dog bather where I trim nails, brush out coats, give them baths, dry them, clean teeth and ears, and also monitor their health and behavior! I currently only work on Saturdays until further notice. I am unavailable after 3 PM on Thursdays. I am available any time and any day besides that! I have a partially fenced yard with two long leads in the unfenced area. I have three dogs, an 8 month old Chesapeake/Lab mix puppy, a 4 year old Goldendoodle, and a 15 year old Pug, all female. Our dogs are allowed on the furniture and are watched when they’re outside at all times. I live in the finished walk-out basement of the house, which can be closed in via a door if your pup feels more comfortable having one on one time! When I am inside a pet parent’s home, I keep everything clean and always check on your pet. I respect your pet’s space and the rules in your home (example: no dogs on the furniture)

“Tonia walked all 3 of my dogs, Bernese Mountain dog, Pit/Boxer mix, and our Frenchie... they came back happy as could be and ready for a nap! Much appreciated Tonia! THE GOAT DOG WALKER!!!”
8. Emily R.
“I highly recommend Emily based on her pet sitting (in my home) with my pets when we left town. She demonstrated knowledge and paid attention my pet's needs enthusiastically and with attention to detail. My pets were always happy to see her and when we came home, they were calm and well cared for. She kept me informed on how they were doing, was dependable, and implemented my care expectations in a professional manner.”
9. Constance N.
“Apollo LOVES his walks with Constance. Sometimes he has anxiety issues when he leaves me, but this is NEVER the case with Constance. He eagerly goes to her and is comfortable leaving me for an invigorating walk. Constance is the dog whisperer for Apollo!”
10. Julia H.
“Came over to walk my dogs on short notice due to me being sick. Was friendly and communicative and sent a photo. They both came back out of breath and went straight to their water bowls so I’d say they had a great walk.”
11. Sara Jane B.
“Excellent”
12. Alisa E.
“Alisa is AMAZING with our dogs! She treats them as her own and I think they like her more than me now! I would recommend her a THOUSAND times to everyone I know”
13. Jennifer D.
“Jennifer has cared for the animals on our teaching farm at Andrews University. She follows the directions for this care very well and pays attention to the details. She notices when an animal seems to be acting like it's not feeling well so that it can be treated promptly. Her love of animals shows through in her kind and patient interactions with them.”
14. Kristen B.
“Super friendly, prompt, great communication and excellent with my pup!”
15. Faith H.
“Bandit loved Faith walking him, she was very good with him”
16. Andrew D.
“Andrew has provided care for my dogs many times, and I would trust him to care for them for any amount of time. He loves animals, and it shows over the years with him having his own dogs, cats, a rabbit, hedgehog and chickens. He’s even nursed baby squirrels and birds back to health after finding them injured. His gentle way with animals and his dedication to caring for them is admirable. Anyone would be lucky to have him in their pets lives!”
17. Skylyr B.
“Skylyr watched my dog Ranger! Ranger is a 40 pound heeler/pointer mix. After I received Ranger back from Skylyr he was absolutely wore out. Skylyr said they took a hike and that Ranger did great. I am glad to know know that Skylyr enjoys being in the outdoors and doesn't mind being patient with my furry friend! I would definitely allow Skylyr to watch Ranger again.”
18. Jade M.
“I have a bulldog mix that previously spent most of his life in a shelter. He is a very strong dog with a high prey drive and I haven't found anyone I would trust my dog with. Until Jade. She did a great job keeping him controlled while allowing him to be the real goofball he is with nearly no stress to him while we were away. I will be back!”
19. Jessi G.
“Jessi is amazing with dogs! I personally have 4 dogs that range in size from 100 pounds to 10 pounds. She can get them each to ” mind her" even though they aren't perfectly trained! I told my husband and 2 of my friends she is the TRUE dog whisperer! At least for the tri state area! Love her sweet heart!”
20. River S.
“When I think of River the words that come to mind are loving, kind, responsible , compassionate and trustworthy. These words, in my opinion, reflect the person that I would choose to care for my pets. I have seen firsthand how amazing of a caregiver River is no matter what the animal; from a cat, to a dog or even a goat. They're peaceful and patient which are important attributes as a pet caregiver. They're my choice every time!!”
