“This was our first time using Rover, but Yunni (Lilly) made us feel so assured, and our dog, Choco, had a great time! It’s so obvious that Yunni loves dogs; she’s so sweet with Choco. Yunni took Choco out for many walks and made sure to make him comfortable. I also really appreciated the frequent updates and pics she sent. Definitely will be reaching out to Yunni again for future needs!”

“Deycke did such an amazing job with my Bendi! She was very responsive and sent several updates like pictures, videos and messages over the course of his stay. Bendi is quite shy but Deycke did such a good job of making him feel safe and comfortable and feeding him healthy comfort foods. Her dedicated cat room is literally heaven for cats! Best cat sitter un town!”

“I was very anxious about having to leave my 4 month old kitten with strangers for a week and a half, but Christine and Addison helped so much to ease my anxiety by sending multiple picture/video updates and letting me know how my kitten was doing every day. They were also nice enough to trim her nails multiple times, and had tons of fun toys, treats, a water fountain, and different types of litter boxes to make her feel comfortable. They seem like real cat experts which made me feel comfortable that they would know what to do just in case any issue were to come up. It was also important to me that my kitten be able to try socializing with other cats, so Christine and Addison slowly introduced her to their cats, sent me video updates, and I was so happy to see that they became playmates by the end! I will definitely try to have my kitten stay with them again the next time I am away from home.”

“Katherine was a blessing to me and my Milo!!! She's seriously the pup whisperer or something! He was SO happy to go with her when we arrived to her place, and he was even happier when I picked him up! We had a meet and greet prior to scheduling the dog boarding, and he was happy with her then too. Plenty of besos from my sweet baby boy! I knew she was the one to give my pup the love he needed that I couldn't give to him while I was away! She kept me up to date with so many pictures and text updates throughout the whole stay. It really relieved any worries that I had about his stay. She was super responsive, prompt, organized, and sweet. She made sure my first dog boarding experience was a perfect one! I would certainly recommend her services for dogs who are very friendly! She takes up to 3 clients at a time and Milo's great with socialization so that was perfect for this high energy friendly pup!! I was nervous leaving my dog with a Rover sitter for the first time, and she was super understanding of my concerns and of my dog's needs. My little Peanut stayed with her for six days over the holidays, and Lauren sent me lots of updates to help me feel secure with being away. “Absolutely thrilled to share our fantastic experience with Dorothy, the rover extraordinaire, who has been nothing short of a miracle for our fur-baby, Barley! 🌟 Let me start by saying that Barley is our world, but he's not the easiest pup to care for when we're not around. He battles anxiety, has a bit of trouble eating without our presence, and generally prefers his own company. This has always made us nervous about leaving him with anyone — that is, until we met Dorothy. Dorothy is a godsend. From the moment she introduced herself to Barley, we saw an instant connection. Upon dropping Barley off, my husband expressed she approached Barley with such gentleness and patience, qualities that are absolutely necessary for dealing with a pet like ours. Not only did she make sure Barley was well-fed and attended to, but she also went above and beyond to ensure he felt comfortable and safe in our absence. And it gets better! Dorothy has a lovely dog, Linguini, who, though she mentioned usually keeps to herself, struck up an unexpected friendship with Barley. It was a delight to see our typically reserved fur-baby warming up to another canine companion. Dorothy shared updates and photos of their interactions, which warmed our hearts and eased our minds while we were away. We're beyond grateful for the care and love Dorothy has shown to Barley. It's not often you find someone who not only meets your expectations but exceeds them, making you feel completely at ease when entrusting them with your beloved pet. We've already booked Dorothy for our next weekend trip and are looking forward to starting a long-term arrangement with her. “Teddy had a wonderful stay with Chan as usual! Teddy was so happy to see Chan and as an anxious pet mom / pet pair it was lovely to see Teddy has found a friend in Chan and to know that she enjoys her time at Chan’s. Teddy needs a lot of TLC as she’s a bit older and has a slipped disc, and Chan is great with her and sends me lots of updates also noting Teddy’s condition. Amazing experience as always and would definitely recommend!”
