About: I’ve taken in a senior dog who lost her family in 2020. She was frightened the first couple days, but grew to love our family and live a long happy life. We’ve trained puppies and even managed our protective blue healer back during our farm days. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to work around your dogs needs. You can rest easy knowing your pet’s needs are being met. We have two playful, friendly dogs and access to a fun dog park. Think of it as a mountain retreat for your dog with friends.

“David and April - and their dog Joe - were the perfect hosts for my dog Winnie! We had a "meet and greet" a couple of weeks before her boarding, and I immediately felt at ease. I got pictures and a short report every day which eased any concerns I might have had (I really didn't have any after the meet and greet). Their house is very clean and comfortable, and David and April made sure to give Winnie the attention she needed to quickly adjust. I am very thankful I have been able to find someone who I feel so comfortable with - and will look forward to my next trip knowing Winnie will be very well cared for.”

Bob has the biggest yard and even had some toys on site that Xan could play with in addition to what I packed. “Tammy was wonderful! I don't typically board my dog and I had to reach out to her last minute for a boarding request. She was very responsive and helped me navigate last minute scheduling. I stopped by to introduce my dog Yogi to the space beforehand and he loved her home. Tammy sent us pictures/updates and treated Yogi as one of her own! He loved the outdoor space and seemed very happy to be there. We will definitely be repeat customers.”

“Could not have asked for a better stay for our sweet Ollie. Did not want to kennel her due to her being a rescue and didn’t want any trauma so a friend told me about Rover and we found Miriam. She was kind enough to let us and our dog meet her and her dog Oliver and they were a great match! We were gone for a week and while I was nervous about leaving her Miriam sent daily pictures of ollie and her new best friend Oliver! She made it a vacation for our sweet girl with her beautiful mountain home with fenced area and made sure to keep her comfortable and well taken care of! Definitely will use her again and recommend her to anyone who wants to give your dog a great stay while you’re gone!”
