She updated me with pictures and videos daily and I always felt comfortable while being away from my fur babies. Raquel has a very calming demeanor and my dogs immediately took a liking to her and her family. In my rush to drop the dogs off I forgot to bring them one of their toys. Raquel was sweet enough to get them a squeaky toy. She was very flexible with drop off and pick up times. I will not hesitate to book a stay with her again. Ramel was very patient with all our questions, and being a dog owner herself, understood our concerns. She was very accommodating and polite, and took good care of Kara. She shared pictures and short videos of our pet with us almost daily, which were very relaxing and fun to watch. When we took Kara back after 8 days, she seemed to be content and her usual happy self. We were very happy with Ramel and the great care she took of our pet.
