Every time she greets them with open arms they have such a fun time that they sometimes don’t want to leave they come up like they are gonna show us everything rather than excited to come home with us. Not only did she give my dog a bath (and put on an adorable Wonder Woman bandanna), she even went as far as washing her bed too!!!! “This was my first time entrusting someone to watch over Louie while I was to be off on vacation for 9 days. I met Ashley in her house and was able to see and hear from her how things usually run with the dogs. I brought all of Louie's things with him and gave her the instructions of what to do before heading out. When we came back to pick him up, she bathed him and washed all his items (bed, blanket, shirts) before bringing it all to me. He came back very tired, he's been mainly napping all day since he came back! Every day I was giving photos to update on how Louie was, especially with the other dogs. Any time I had a question she'd be quick to answer it all for me in as much detail as she could. I really recommend booking your stays in advance, she's high demand for a reason!”

She was super responsive to messages, kept me updated on how my dog was doing via text message everyday (she sent lots of photos and videos too) and you can tell that she loves taking care of animals - she has such a sweet and caring demeanor. “Needed a last minute sitter due to the previous one canceling the day of our trip. He was very kind, accommodating, and sent us daily updates concerning our dog. The sitter was empathetic and understood how much we loved our dog and would not ordinarily leave him with someone we never met. But we had to make this trip. Out dog is receptive to personalities. He took to Michael very well. Very thankful for Michael!”

“Khalil was amazing! From the day I first contacted him until we picked up Benito, he was just amazing! Khalil responds super fast, is extremely professional, polite, super organized, extremely flexible, and he goes above and beyond to make things work. We first had a meet and greet and Khalil showed to be everything mentioned above not only virtually but also in person. He asked so many pertinent questions about our dog, he showed interest in bonding with Benito, and he was extremely kind and knowledgeable of dogs. He let Benito roam around his entire apartment during the meet and greet, just so Benito could get to know the place where he would be staying for a couple of days. We left Benito under Khalil’s care from Friday morning through Sunday night and, again, Khalil was amazing the entire time. He would send us videos and pictures of Benito all the time, gave us constant updates, and really made us feel at peace knowing Benito was in such good hands. Khalil cared for our baby as if Benito was his own and we are extremely grateful to him for that! Benito seemed to be happy and comfortable all the time while he was with Khalil. We will for sure be trusting Khalil again with our baby. Thank you, Khalil, for being so awesome and taking such good care of Benito!”
