She was an excellent communicator before and during our scheduled trip. She was super flexible about our pick up and drop off times since we were on the road and didn't have a firm time, which made us able to travel with ease! “Katie did an amazing job. My two dogs are definitely a handful (senior dog wears diapers and the other is a neurotic depressed rescue dog). She took photos and videos every day and was in communication with me at all times. She noticed that the senior dog had a lump on her. She really helped them made them feel at home. She snuggled with them, cuddled them, gave them all the love and care that they needed while they were away. When we picked the dogs up, we left one of the dog bowls. She drove to our home to return the dog bowl and also gave us homemade cookies (which were delicious)!!”
