“Our dog has stayed with other sitters and at cage-free boarding facilities but we are so glad we opted to have Edmund care for her for 11 days. We contacted Edmund 4 months ahead (the furthest in advance that Rover allows) because he seems to book out quickly. He responded promptly to our request for dog boarding services and scheduled to meet and assessed whether our dog was a good fit for him, his family and his two dogs. Edmund was very accommodating to our scheduled arrival / departure and was very patient with us as we went through our laundry list of strict rules (meal time, socialization, exercise etc). He sent periodic photo updates upon request. I would have been fine with an update every day but I know he was trying be respectful of our vacation time. Edmund took such great care of her and all her belongings during the long stay. She came home behaving no different than the day we left which is a sure sign to me that she had a great time and felt at home with Edmund. Thank you for giving her a home with a family and furfriends!”

She has never needed any time at home to readjust because she is so comfortable with Paula and James. Additionally, they have also gone beyond normal dog sitting for us. The last time we needed a dog sitter, Zoe had just come out of the vet after having a procedure, and Paula and James administered her meds and gave her the special care she needed post-procedure. We can't say enough good things about them.”
