Not only did she handle our two cats with kindness and care, she also handled our lizards. We felt comfortable with her living within a five-minute-drive in case of an emergency. She sent photos and brief texts each day letting us know how the animals were doing. We had some hesitancy giving someone we did not know access to our animals and home while we were away. He not only is fully equipped to handle anything that happens behavior wise with the dogs since he is a fully trained professional, he has also been able to educate me on caring for Kane and is solely responsible for me realizing that his chicken diet might be the cause of some of his health issues. From a customer service standpoint, he is always friendly, well-kept, professional, and available. It's an all around good experience and we will 1000% be back!”
