About: I’ve had experience working with dogs for almost my entire life with about 10+ years of walking and sitting the dogs of many close family members and friends. I have previous experience taking care of senior animals, such as my 16 year old Westie Schnauzer who required daily shots of insulin. I currently have two 3 year old fur babies! One cuddly, curious Tabby cat and one playful, yet lazy mixed Shepard. Both of which are very chatty and opinionated at times! We’ve learned to speak each other’s languages through repetition and reward. Over the years, I’ve taught my Shepard a whole assortment of tricks that he loves to show off! During my visits, I like to really figure out what the dog wants to do whether that be going for long walks in the park, playing with toys for hours, or just chilling out on the couch getting cuddles. Any health requirements or specific treatment can be handled without any problem as long as I’m given prior notice and instruction. I am a freelance creative who enjoys being outside more than anything. Walking my own dog is the highlight of my day, and walking yours will just add to the fun! The mornings are prime time for me, however, I do have a very flexible schedule to attend to your fur babies! I personally am very particular about things in my home, so I will be sure to give that same respect to you! Dogs stay off the couch? No problem! Cat loves to scratch something they shouldn’t? I’m keeping an eye out! Any and all instructions will be held with the upmost care.

About: Hi! I've never met a dog that didn't like me. I'm a lifelong dog dad and Atlanta native. I've worked with large and small breeds as well as young and elderly dogs that need extra care. No dog is too unruly. I'm kind, calm, and attentive. While you're on a beach somewhere in the Carribean, your dog/dogs will be having their own fun back at home. We're talking walks, snacks, playtime, photoshoots, and more. They will still miss you, but less probably. I work remotely from home and my schedule is flexible enough that I'm able to schedule plenty of visits and walks with your fur baby/s. I have a fenced in 1/4 acre yard, a lot of tennis balls, and my own fur baby, Cali. Depending on your dog's personality they will be really excited or really annoyed by Cali's happy, but overly enthusiastic energy.

About: New to Rover, but not to dogs! I have 14 years of experience caring for dogs: from raising my beloved Pinscher Coco to years of dog sitting and boarding dogs of all breeds and sizes. Sadly, I recently had to say goodbye to my baby and I’d love to share that same care, attention and love I gave her with your dog. ❤️🌈 I’m European and offer what I like to call a “European-style dog-sitting experience”: • One dog at a time. I only accept one dog (or dogs from the same household) at a time, so your dog gets my full attention and is cared for as if they were my own. • Plenty of proper walks. Two lengthy walks of at least 1hr each per day, usually in the park or on the Beltline, plus regular potty breaks. I will NOT go to dog parks until I know your dog very well- your pets safety always comes first. (Of course, everything is adjusted to your dog’s age, health and energy level) • Mental enrichment. Brain-stimulation toys, snuffle mats, treat puzzles, lick mats, playtime and other activities based on what your dog enjoys. • I work from home. I’ll be with your dog throughout their stay, with plenty of company, attention, cuddles, playtime and supervision. • Peace of mind for you. You’ll receive regular photos and updates throughout their stay, so you never have to wonder how they’re doing. • Just bring your dog! I provide everything needed for a comfortable stay: a spacious kennel, food & water bowls, toys, enrichment activities and treats, plus basic kibble if ever needed in a pinch. You’re of course always welcome to bring their favorite bed or toys from home; I just ask that you provide their usual food to keep their routine and diet consistent. I pride myself on offering a true dog retreat. Fair warning: your dog might not want to come home! 🐾😂 I work from home and am home about 90% of the time, which means your dog will have plenty of company, walks, playtime and attention throughout the day. I do occasionally step out for errands, groceries or a workout class. During those times, as well as overnight, your dog will be safely kenneled. For this reason, I can only accept dogs who are fully crate-trained and comfortable settling in their crate. I take this job incredibly serious. I know that for many of us, our dogs aren’t “just pets” - they’re family and often quite literally our babies 🐶❤️ I am First Aid/CPR certified and own a dog first aid kit. After every boarding visit I thoroughly clean and sanitize the space and toys with non-toxic cleaning supplies. Your pups safety, comfort and happiness always come first!

About: Hi! I'm Monique, an Australian farm girl who's been surrounded by working dogs my entire life. I grew up with Kelpie sheepdogs and have always been amazed by a dogs intelligence, loyalty, and energy. I've called Atlanta home for nearly 10 years and spend much of my free time outdoors. As an endurance athlete, I'm already out walking and hiking several times a week, so I love bringing an energetic four-legged companion along for the adventure. If your dog thrives on long walks in nature or by the river in addition to neighborhood strolls, you've found the right walker. I specialize in giving active dogs the exercise and mental stimulation they crave through longer walks on the Atlanta BeltLine, local parks, the Chattahoochee and nature trails. For longer trail runs and hikes, I require a minimum hour booking however 90 mins to 120 mins is best to allow for travel time. I prefer early mornings before rush-hour traffic or between 10am–12pm, when we can make the most of the cooler, quieter hours outdoors. I’m also happy to accommodate regular walks, drop-ins and other pet-care needs throughout the day. Your doggo’s safety and wellbeing always come first. I’m especially passionate about caring for active dogs who love long walks, trail hikes and exploring the outdoors, but I’m equally happy to care for dogs who prefer a slower stroll, a backyard hangout or plenty of couch time. For trail adventures, I choose dog-friendly routes based on your dog’s fitness, age, temperament and experience, and I always carry water, waste bags and a phone. I keep a close eye on dogs throughout our time together and follow your instructions around leash use, recall, feeding, medications and any other routines that help your dog feel comfortable and secure. Whether your pup is an energetic trail companion or a senior who enjoys a gentle walk and lots of cuddles, I’ll treat them like they’re my own. I know how important it is to trust someone with your dog, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you know they’re happy, safe and having a great time.
