About: While I may be new to Rover, I'm definitely not new to caring for animals. I've been around pets my entire life and truly consider them part of the family. I currently have two beloved fur babies of my own, and I know firsthand how important it is to have someone you trust to care for your pets when you can't be there. Whether it's a walk, drop-in, or overnight stay, I'll treat your pets like my own-with patience, love and attention to their unique needs and routines. About: I love all pets, but especially dogs! I have one Goldendoogle named Booker and often help my parents with their three dogs as well. I have experience taking care of puppies and older dogs, and I can't wait to meet your sweet one! I work full time in the school system, so I am free on all weekends and most evenings. I am also off in the summer and able to work during the day between June and July! I live in an apartment, and my dog is crated during the day. We spend a lot of time on walks and/or at the dog park!

About: I have had pets (including dogs, cats,a hedgehog, bunnies, hamsters, fish, and even a snake) my whole life! As a preteen and teen I walked, brushed, and bathed various neighbor's dogs. I have also volunteered at the local animal shelter off and on. As a past babysitter, I often had to care for the family's pets depending on how long I was there as well! I work full time, but I can fill my spare time before, after, or days off with lots of furry cuddles! I can provide early morning walks for any early rising pups as well. As I will be caring for your pets in the comfort of their own homes, I will keep a close eye on them when walking, or out in the yard. Of course for all of the fur babies, I will give them lots of love attention inside too! I treat every pet as if they're a member of my family as well!

About: Hi, I’m Allie! I have been pet sitting for 10 years but new to Rover! I have a 2 year old golden retriever named Russ, and a 19 year old cat named Bird. I’ve worked in boarding facilities and pet stores and am comfortable with all types of critters! I’d love to watch your animals whether it be overnight or a quick walk during the day! I have a full time job but I prioritize my pet sitting clients, especially on weekends and holidays! I can be flexible and am happy to stop in as often as needed. I typically prefer an evening or weekend role! My goal is to keep your pet as comfortable as possible and maintain their usual routine while you’re gone. I am happy to walk your dog around your neighborhood or play with him or her in your yard! I feel comfortable with leash walking your pet and caring for them in your home just as you would!

About: I regularly started caring for animals 2 years ago but have always been a huge animal lover and I am a volunteer with the Lexington Humane Society. I have experience with mixed breeds and breeds of all sizes and have worked with reactive and rescue animals. I love to play and give snuggles but also love to coexist with animals if that’s what they need/love! I am currently on summer break from college but when I am in session for school, I only have two classes in person once or twice a week so I have a super flexible schedule! I always live with the philosophy to leave something the same or better than I found it. I do my absolute best to treat people’s home with absolute respect and love.

About: I’ve taken care of animals for 12 years. Your pet will be in a loving, safe and clean environment. Cat litter boxes are changed six times. I am a full-time at home mom so I am available almost always!! This will work perfect for your constant changing schedule. I will always be available. I have a fenced in yard and will also leash your pet just to ensure that there is no run away puppies! Nobody wants that!

I am currently between jobs, so I have time during the day most weekdays and have a very flexible schedule. I can even work most weekends, so let me know what works best for your fuzzy family member, and I'll be there! I lean towards gaining trust through positive reinforcement, good energy, and play. Every pet is different, and meeting that pet where they are to gain their trust is critical. My 3 legged dog suffers from separation anxiety and my border collie mix is extremely active, so I have experience with both and will tend to your dog’s needs. I will only take your dog to the dog park when permission is granted and if they have no history of aggression towards other dogs. I will give you my personal cell phone number for video calls, photo updates, in case of emergency, and to help put your mind at ease. I ensure there is water available, feeding/potty break schedules are followed, and will administer any medication your pet might need throughout the day. I make sure to clean up any accidents, messes that were made, or dishes that were used to tend to your pet and will leave your home in the condition it was in when I arrived. I take care of every pet with the every bit of respect, attention, and love that they deserve as if they were my own dog.

About: I've always been the first to volunteer to pet sit since I was a child, I'm an avid animal lover! When I lived in Guatemala, I was living in a place known as the 'Dog Hotel' because it was a street dog rescue and housed 20+ dogs at all times. These dogs of various breeds were my housemates, some of them even becoming my constant companion as I went about my daily life in the city. Now, I often watch our family golden retriever and take her with me everywhere, from hiking to work to dog friendly restaurants/cafes. I love to be active, so when permitted, your dog would get great exercise with me! Be it hiking, a long walk, or playful chasing through the yard, your pup will return to you very content. I work full-time and get home around 6:30pm, so if you need someone to care for your furry companion in the evening then I’m happy to come by and walk your dog or do a drop-in visit during the week! I will provide your pet with an extra-long walk and if your home is fenced in, I will also spend ample time outdoors to play with your pup, ensuring that they return to you very happy.
