“Emily took wonderful care of my fur baby, Sugar, while we were visiting Nashville. She has a large fenced yard where the dogs can play, and I appreciated the extra safety measures she took. Emily put Sugar’s collar on in addition to her harness in case she somehow got loose, which showed me she was thinking ahead and treating Sugar like one of her own. Before I left, Emily carefully introduced Sugar to the other dogs and made sure everyone got along and that Sugar was comfortable. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable leaving my girl in her care, and it was obvious Sugar was well loved and well cared for while we were away. About: What sets me apart is my love for animals. i have had and took care of many myself. Also, my attentiveness towards your furry baby will make them feel loved and cared for. I’m currently at home a lot, so this job will be perfect. I’m good at setting times for food, and outside. i’d say i have a pretty good schedule for this type of job. i have a huge yard and fence, so if wanted your dog can run around and have all the fun they need. i also have a pet dog that’s very chill, and wouldn’t bother any other animal at all.

About: I’ve had dogs in the house all of my life and grew up taking care of my neighbors dogs as well. I have experience with dogs ranging all over from 5 lbs to 80 lbs! Most of my experience is taking care of a labor doodle and cat pairing where I managed both their schedules and needs accordingly! :) Caring for pets is a natural part of my daily routine, and I prioritize consistency, attention, and making sure each pet feels comfortable and cared for. I build my schedule around regular feeding times, fresh water, exercise, and quality time, whether that means walks, playtime, or just being present and attentive to their needs. I genuinely enjoy incorporating pet care into my routine and treat every pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I’m always respectful of others’ homes! If there is an alarm system I’m happy to set it or inform the owner of every entrance/exit so the owner can set it in order to ensure the safety of their pet and belongings!

About: I have 20+ years experience caring for my own dogs, pet sitting, and fostering for dog rescues, including experience with senior dogs, puppies, and medical cases. I work from home so I can provide your pet with plenty of love and attention and have very flexible scheduling for services within my home or within your home. For services within my home: I have a large, adult, fixed male dog who is great with other dogs and is very calm. I have two acres of unfenced property with beautiful mature trees and surrounded by farmland. My dog and I frequently sit on the back patio and enjoy the sounds of nature. Depending on the needs of your dog, I can take them on our regular walk to the nearby park (about 1.5miles total, 1-3x per day) or shorter walks around the property. For services in your home: I understand the importance of your dog's routine and I have the flexibility to offer services so that they won't skip a beat when you're out of town.

Margaret’s setup was one of the better ones we’ve visited, and she had a good rapport with Rio. He slept for much of the day, which he doesn’t always do at Rover. That means he felt safe, secure, and at peace. We will book again the next time we’re in Nashville!”
