“Karmen is a great sitter. Will definitely use her again She keeps you updated with pictures and texts to let you know how your pet (family member) is doing and that makes me feel better when I have to leave her. My dog is sometimes shy around new people but immediately took to Karmen on first visit. I would definitely recommend her as a sitter.”

“Ariana did an amazing job with my Sexy. She made sure to update me on her behavior, comfort level, eating and naps. I’m never gonna use anyone else to care for my dog! 🙂. Ariana is, by far, The Best.”

“Penny and Barron were great! They were so nice and welcoming when we first met them. I could tell our dog felt comfortable with them and enjoyed her stay. They kept me updated during the week, and I know she was well taken care of.”

“Alyssa was wonderful with our dog Franklin. This was the third time Franklin had been to her home. When we drove up the driveway, he was wagging his tail and eagerly jumped out of the car to greet her. She always does a great job communicating with us while she has him and sends lots of photos. We will definitely be using her again!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received! Sydney was reliable, communicative, and clearly loves animals. My dog was happy, well-exercised, and relaxed when I returned. I appreciated the updates and photos—it gave me great peace of mind. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!”

“Jennifer watched my dog overnight. She asked all the right questions to get to know my dog and her schedule. She treated my dog like her own. I would recommend Jennifer for any pet sitting needs.”

About: Hi! I’m Ally! I’m a lifelong animal lover who genuinely enjoys caring for pets and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away! As an Air Force veteran, I’m responsible, dependable, organized, and comfortable handling unexpected situations. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets, and I take that responsibility seriously. Whether your pet loves long walks, playing outside, cuddling on the couch, or simply having someone around to keep them company, I’m happy to accommodate their individual personality and routine. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, exercise, bathroom breaks, and making sure pets receive plenty of love and attention. I also understand that every pet has different needs, whether they’re energetic and playful or a little shy and need extra patience to feel comfortable. Communication is very important to me, so I’m always happy to provide regular updates, pictures, and messages to give you peace of mind while you’re away. My goal is to make sure your pets feel comfortable, cared for, and loved, just as they would with their own family! 🐶🐱❤️ I have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time, love, and attention to your furry family members! I only work part-time Monday through Thursday from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, so I’m available for pet care throughout the mornings, early afternoons, and evenings. I’m also completely available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays! I offer overnight boarding in my home, dog walking, and drop-in visits. Whether your pet needs a morning walk, afternoon potty break, feeding, playtime, or a comfortable place to stay while you’re away, I’m happy to help! For pets staying overnight, I make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, bathroom breaks, and affection before and after my short work shifts. I understand how important consistency and routine are for animals, and I do my best to accommodate each pet’s individual needs and schedule. Whether you need occasional help, regular weekly walks, or extended overnight care, my goal is to provide dependable, loving care that gives you peace of mind! 🐾❤️ Your pet’s safety, happiness, and comfort are always my top priorities! I know pets are family, and I strive to provide the same love, patience, and attention they’re accustomed to receiving at home. I have one dog of my own, a friendly 10-year-old, who lives with me. He keeps to himself and mostly sleeps throughout the day, helping create a calm and relaxed environment for visiting pets. I also have a fenced-in backyard where visiting pets can safely enjoy fresh air, playtime, and bathroom breaks. I understand the importance of introducing pets thoughtfully and creating a comfortable space where every animal feels safe and welcome. For overnight boarding, I provide a welcoming, comfortable environment where your pet can relax, play, and feel like part of the family. I follow their normal feeding schedules, bathroom routines, exercise needs, and any special instructions to help make their stay as stress-free as possible. For dog walking, I prioritize safety by using secure leashes and harnesses, staying attentive to our surroundings, and adjusting the pace and length of walks based on your dog’s age, energy level, and individual needs. I always make sure pets have access to fresh water and are comfortable after their walks. During drop-in visits, I’ll make sure your pets are fed, have fresh water, receive bathroom breaks, and enjoy plenty of playtime, companionship, and affection. I’ll also respect your home and carefully follow any instructions you provide. As an Air Force veteran, I value responsibility, reliability, attention to detail, and clear communication. I’m always happy to send pictures and updates so you can feel confident knowing your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for. My goal is to make every pet feel loved and every owner feel completely at ease while they’re away! 🐶🐱❤️
“I am so incredibly happy that we booked with Rafael and his wife. They have provided the best care I have ever received through Rover. I received pictures for every walk of the day, sleepy pictures, and playing pictures. Updates while I was away and fast response anytime I reached out. Our dog got to play with their dog under their care as well and he seemed to feel right at home. My dog can be a little bit anxious when we leave him and it seemed like he felt so comfortable and loved while we were gone. Highly recommend their care, I know we will be booking again in the future!”

“Mackenzie was great! My dog was super relaxed with her. She sent updates about their many walks and his naps. I loved getting the pictures she sent. I would definitely consider Mackenzie again when I am in need of a sitter.”

About: I am a stay at home dog mom with lots of hands on experience caring for my mini poodle, George and my cousin’s dog, Toby. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, keeping dogs on their normal routines, and giving them plenty of attention and affection. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, so I’m very attentive, reliable, and will treat your dog like they are my own. I have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate walks, drop-ins, and pet care throughout the week, including daytime and many evening hours. Since I already plan my routine around my own dog, George, pet care fits naturally into my day. I’m happy to work around your pet’s usual schedule and give them plenty of attention, exercises and companionship while they’re in my care. I have a fenced in yard and a mini poodle named George to keep your pup occupied and having fun! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I do my best to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I make sure pets have fresh food and water, regular potty breaks and walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. I’m also happy to follow any specific feeding instructions, routines, or preferences so your pet feels safe, comfortable and cared for while you’re away.

About: I’m a student at UWG, sadly I couldn’t take my dogs with me but I’m hoping rover opens up an opportunity for me to still be around animals! I have pet sit multiple times before for friends but have never signed up for an app, I’m excited to get started! I’m currently in school, but only for around 4 hours a day so I am very flexible and have plenty of time to care for your pets! If I am house sitting, I will walk them through whatever routine is told to me, and be sure to play with them often. I will make sure all of the doors are locked when entering and leaving the house, and make sure all belongings stay safe.

“Patti was great! I was worried about leaving Cera at her young 8 month age. Evidenced by photo updates I received, she adjusted easily and had fun with other dogs. When I picked her up she seemed happy and well cared for. She didn’t skip a beat with her housebrokeness! Thank you Patti for loving our sweet girl over her first Christmas.”

About: I’ve taken care of animals for 10+ years! It is arguably my favorite job I’ve had so far, as I prefer being with animals! I would love to provide the care that you do for your animals! I’m currently in nursing school and work, but love to prioritize pets any way I can! I walk my grandparents pups and love to help take care of any in anyway I can! When in a clients home, I love to just keep the routine as usual to ensure the animal still feels safe and loved! Almost as if I’m just a best friend they’ve known forever!
About: Hi! I’m Jaclyn, (please message for most accurate prices and discounts) and I have a flexible schedule with plenty of time to care for your pets while you’re away. I’m comfortable with dogs, cats, reptiles, and other pets with clear care instructions. I’m happy to work with shy, anxious, energetic, or special-needs pets and will always discuss any behavioral concerns before boarding. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine and keep you updated while they’re in my care. Please message me with any questions or special requests. I’d love to meet you and your pets! 🐾 I work three days a week, so I have plenty of time to take care of all the fur babies. Especially Thursday through Sunday each week. I have a small fenced in yard for quick outside time, but a quiet side street for walks! They would be able to get plenty of excerise as long as they are ok on a leash.

During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
