About: I’ve been around dogs all my life. I have the biggest and softest heart towards all kinds and sizes of dogs! I’ve dog sat for multiple family members and friends. After taking a few vet classes and shadowing at some vet clinics, I’m fairly familiar with a dogs different behaviors and needs. I love every one like my own! I typically work 6am-noon every weekday as a barista. This can be super flexible. I’m available to care for pets in the late afternoons, evenings and during the weekends. I cannot get enough of being around them! So caring for dogs is the perfect way for me to make some money to help pay off student debt! I recently adopted my baby boy Max and we’re working on socializing. Bringing him along on walks, long stays and car rides would help tremendously with that.

About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! I currently have two dachshunds and am also the designated sitter for three cats who belong to my brothers, so I have a love for both! I’ve grown up with pets my whole life and love surrounding myself with them. I’ve had lots of experience sitting for pets, ranging from German shepherds to kittens. I have lots of experience working with puppies and senior dogs. I am currently at home full time for the rest of the summer before I start my first year at law school this fall! I wanted to have a relaxing and fun next couple of months before starting possibly the hardest journey of my life, and I thought no better way to do that then spend time with animals. I’m always out walking, especially during the summer and would love to have a cute furry friend to accompany me! Since I am home full time, I am very flexible and have the ability to provide lots of love and care toward your pets. I’ve just recently finished up my internship, so I am available most weekdays. Mornings and early afternoons work best for me, but I am flexible! I always make sure my pets feel loved and cared for. My parents travel a lot and rely on me to be with the dogs 24/7 which I gladly do. I make sure to take them on walks (long enough that their little legs can handle). I’ve realized that a lot more dogs than expected have separation anxiety, so I always try to be as present as possible for them! The same applies for cats. I understand cats can vary when it comes to personality and temperament, and that has helped me understand the best approaches for them and how to interact in a way that is respectful to them.

I always keep any per safe and happy by sticking to their usual route, using a secure leash, and watching for other animals or distractions. During drop-ins, I make sure they’re fed, have fresh water, get playtime, and plenty of attention before I leave.
