About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been caring for them independently since I was a teenager. Over the years, I’ve looked after dogs of all ages, sizes and energy levels, including puppies and senior dogs who need a little extra patience and attention. I’m comfortable handling walks, feeding schedules, playtime, medications and keeping dogs company while their families are away. Friends and family have trusted me to walk, watch and care for their dogs many times, and I currently sometimes help care for my boyfriend’s brother’s dog, Macey, during the week. I work from home five days a week, so I’m able to provide plenty of attention, frequent potty breaks and walks throughout the day. I live in an apartment and am happy to offer weekday walks, drop-in visits or dog sitting in my home, depending on your dog’s needs and comfort level. I treat every dog like my own and will always make sure they feel safe, loved and comfortable while in my care. I am a student at Northwestern, so I usually am free every Friday-Sunday. I can always work with a client specifically to find a time in the morning or afternoon where I do not have class. I can create a crate if needed. I will have my eye on your dog at all times. And I will make any accommodation to the dog(s) if needed.

I had such a great experience with Graciela and her family taking care of Lola! This was actually the first time I’ve ever left Lola with anyone, so I was definitely a little nervous, but they made me feel completely comfortable. They were amazing about keeping me updated throughout the day with pictures and videos and were always quick to respond to any questions. It gave me such peace of mind knowing she was happy and being well taken care of. Lola had the best time with them and the other doggies and came home completely exhausted 😂 — which was perfect because she got all that puppy energy out! I’m so glad Lola’s first experience staying with someone was with Graciela and her family. I would absolutely leave her with them again! ❤️
Aitana was recommended by friends of ours, so we wanted to give her a try. We have never left Ginger with a "stranger;" she literally goes everywhere with us. However, an opportunity arose where we would need to leave her alone for about 10 hours over dinner time. That was not going to work. We had a meet and greet with Aitana and immediately felt comfortable with her. She is super sweet and definitely someone who loves animals. Ginger had a great stay with Aitana who walked her regularly, fed her and played with her. Loved the pictures Aitana shared on Rover! We thank her and will definitely call on her again!!

Jessie was amazing with our dog, Leo! She has such a kind and positive energy, and kept us updated with lots of photos and funny videos. Leo had a great time playing with her husky and came home happy and tired. This was our first time using Rover, and Jessie made it a wonderful experience. Communication was 10/10 and we would absolutely book with her again!
Jason was amazing with Muffin! He was so easy to work with and communicate with, and he was incredibly flexible when I ended up running late for drop-off. Throughout the entire stay, he kept me updated with photos and videos, which really put my mind at ease. Muffin came home tired but relaxed, which tells me he had a great time and felt comfortable the whole stay. He absolutely loves Jason and can’t wait to go back! One of the things I appreciate most is that Jason keeps the dogs in his home, so I know Muffin has company and attention all day long instead of being left alone. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and communicative sitter!
