A fashion and graphic designer turned marketing maven, I once worked for the world’s largest animal rights nonprofit before founding my own Marketing & Branding agency. With a degree in Fashion Textile Design and Communication, I merge creativity, strategy, and heart in everything I do — from building brands to caring for pets. My husband of 14 years, Rodrigo, is a film industry manager whose warmth and charisma shine in his care for animals. Together, we bring over a decade of FIVE-STAR pet-sitting experience across Miami, Miami Beach, and California. Known for our kindness, calm demeanor, and reliability, we treat every pet as family. We care for dogs, cats, birds, and rabbits of all sizes and personalities — from energetic puppies to seniors needing medication. We follow your directions word-for-word, provide 3-4 daily updates with pictures and videos, and handle everything from nail clipping to brushing. We’re fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, ensuring clear communication and comfort for every client. For us, pet sitting isn’t just a side hustle — it’s a heartfelt passion. Pam took such great care of my dog, Penny, while I was away! She kept me updated throughout the entire weekend with plenty of videos, pictures, and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear that Penny was happy, comfortable, and receiving lots of attention and care. I really appreciated Pam’s communication, reliability, and the genuine love she showed for Penny. I never had to wonder how things were going because she kept me informed every step of the way. Pam and her husband are absolutely the best! This was my first time using Rover, and boarding my dog with anyone outside of family. Bentley is an 8-year-old German Shepherd who can be particular with new people and animals, and he's a sensitive, anxious boy, so I had high expectations and plenty of worries going in. From the start, Pam offered a meet-and-greet, and Bentley warmed up to her almost immediately, which says everything. Throughout his stay, she kept us updated with photos and videos, always responded quickly, and treated him like he was her own. Bentley came home happy, healthy, and wonderfully tired — the trifecta. We will 100% be booking with Pam again and couldn't recommend her more highly.
Pam had Koby for a day of doggy daycare and took great care of our boy! She sent lots of photos and videos which we loved and was super communicative, which is so important to us. We have full confidence in her and plan to use her soon for boarding services! We definitely recommend Pam :)

I live with my husband, Rodrigo, in a spacious, pet-friendly apartment in Edgewater right by the water. We’re steps from Paraíso Dog Park and just 4 minutes from Margaret Pace Park (we always check if owners prefer to skip the dog park). Our building is gated, secure 24/7, and offers plenty of room for your furry friend to roam freely. Your pet will feel right at home—whether they love curling up on the couch or sleeping in bed, we make sure they’re comfy and happy. 🐾 ⚠️ Please note: building rules only allow residents upstairs, so all drop-offs and pick-ups must take place in the lobby. We are tenants and cannot have problems with the HOA. Thank you for understanding! 🙏🏼
Un día normal
I work remotely, so your pet will always get plenty of attention and care. I start my mornings at 6am with coffee and a walk to the bayside park or beach, then work from 10am to 5pm with regular breaks every couple of hours for walks and playtime. I follow your feeding schedule and care instructions exactly as you prefer. I’m very attentive and always keep your pet safe—whether that means picking them up to cross the road or steering clear of other dogs. 🐾
