About: What sets me apart is my genuine, lifelong love for dogs and my hands-on experience as a pet owner myself. I have two dogs, and my oldest is now 7 years old, so I understand the different needs that come with both younger and older dogs. I’m patient, responsible, and very in tune with dogs’ body language and emotional needs. I’m also experienced with basic training for puppies and attentive care for senior dogs, including administering medications and adjusting routines to match their energy and health needs. I treat every dog like family and aim to create a calm, safe, and fun environment tailored to each pet’s personality. About: I have raised dogs all my life. A few years back I used to rescue and board temporarily until the dogs were nursed back to health. Once the dogs were adoptable we would set up meet and greets to adopt out. I am experienced with many breeds. I used to have a terrier who was diagnosed with diabetes. We had to do injections twice a day and put her on a feeding schedule. I have experience with several breeds starting small to huge! I am currently a stay at home mom. I have a wide open schedule at the moment and I'm just looking for busy work until school starts. My dogs are let out routinely. They are fed on a strict schedule twice a day. They are brushed and played with to help exercise them especially the bigger breeds due to their hips.

About: I have experience in working with animals in boarding and daycare and currently work as a veterinary assistant. I am trained in animal restraint, administering medications, and reading body language. I also have 3 family dogs and one of my own. Taking care of pets is my life. For work, I take care of animals at Duck Hollow Animal Hospital as a Veterinary Assistant. I am also studying Veterinary Technology at Pennwest California. Because of my academics, during school, I will only be able to book on Sundays. I have a female rescue dog that loves other dogs and cats! About: Stay at home mom. Ive always been an animal lover and they love me too. Since I was a small kid ive always had some kid of pet that ive cared for. Ive had cats, rabbits, birds and reptiles. Im very kind hearted. I have alot of time on my hands so I would always spend the time needed with your pets. I'm very interested in walking dogs for the extra exercise and time outdoors. I dont have any dogs of my own so to be able to help with other peoples dogs would be a fullfilling experience for me. I would treat your pets as if they were my own. About: I have always had a big heart for pets. This includes cats and dogs. I enjoy being around them, feeding them, and cleaning after them. I work full time for a nonprofit, but have flexibility. I’m mostly available on Fridays-Mondays. I currently care for doggies and cats in my own home. My doggy is on a feeding schedule and get regular walks. About: I've had pets since I was born. I've fostered cats, kittens, and elderly dogs for shelters, and have experience pet sitting for dogs of a variety of sizes. Sometimes those sits were for 4 weeks at a time. I also have experience giving dogs medication and am familar with the different medications having been in a shelter environment and having a mom who worked in a vets office. I've had my own deaf dog for 11 years now and am very familiar with the care involved with a dog with special needs. I've also adopted senior dogs and know what kind of care they require. I know how to take care of dogs with high anxiety issues and those with a lot of phobias too. I've yet to meet an animal I didn't like!

MY DETAILED RESPONSE TO THE REVIEWED LEFT BY DEBBY- I wanted to give a detailed breakdown of what happened with Debby since rover will not take down the review even though they did a thorough investigation with photos/video and nasty messages sent by Debby to me. I took on this booking even though I had a gut feeling not to, but I ignored it and I wish I had not done that. I was asked last minute by Debby to care for her diabetic cat, she told me her cat was great with strangers and would have no issue with taking the insulin shots from me (lie number one). The morning of my first visit, Debby had messaged me informing she had birds in the house and to not pay attention to them.. now let me start off by saying that due to a past traumatic experience with a previous clients birds, I have developed a fear of being near them in close spaces (to which she pokes fun at in her review) and had I known she had them, I would not have accepted this booking. I was hesitant to enter her house but she said they were in a cage so I proceeded with the visit, upon opening her door one of the birds almost FLEW OUTSIDE because they were NOT in a cage(lie number two). I was immediately concerned by this not only due to my fear of birds but due to this being a safety risk considering the birds could’ve flew out the door if I didn’t get to it in time. After this happened, I wanted to turn around and leave but I couldn’t because I needed to give her cat an insulin shots. After I went upstairs, I could not find the cat anywhere and after ten minutes I found her hiding under the bed hissing at me, she was in no way friendly towards strangers. I did my best to get her to come with me, I was at the visit way longer than the scheduled 30 minutes to try to make sure her cat got the shot. After I was finally able to lure her out with a treat, I had to quickly grab her and administer the shot.. she clawed at me and bit me several times (photo proof was sent to rover). I was very taken back by this visit due to unexpected birds and a cat who was the complete opposite of what their owner described. I felt unsafe to continue the booking and feared that due to the cat’s unwillingness to come to me that she might not get her shots injected properly so her health was my number one priority, I immediately called rover support to report everything that had happened and I also informed Debby at the same time. Debby was awful to me, made fun of me and treated me with complete disregard and through all of that, I still remained calm, collective and professional. After she had hinted at threatening me, I cut off all contact with her and immediately reported that to rover as well. At that point it was now rover and Debby’s responsibility for the cats care, I felt even more unsafe after the awful things Debby said to me. I didn’t have to but I even worked with rover to find another sitter and wanted them to make sure they made others aware of the trust situation, I even offered to take the cat it’s vet or local cat sitting agency but that was denied and rover told me they would handle it all. After one week, I found that my rover account had been suspended and I had to call rover and speak with over ten different reps in one week to get my account back.. finally after they realized I had done NO wrong and it was all the pet owner, I got my account back and a lengthy apology from Rover. Upon getting my account back, I noticed Debby had left that review and I was devastated by that. I have worked so hard on this app to give the best care for others animals and that’s been proven by every other review just for hers to completely destroy all the good I’ve been doing by lying. I’m truly upset with Rover for not only allowing that review to be left there, but for allowing Debby to even still have an account after her lies, threats and defamation. I hope that no other rover sitters go through what I did with her. With all of that being said, I refuse to delete my account and start over as I want people to see all the good I’ve done and to be aware of what truly happened with Debby. I hope to continue to provide the best care possible for all my current rover clients and future ones, please do not let one woman’s lies deter you away from someone who truly loved and care for animals with her whole heart. About: My whole life I’ve grown up with pets in my home (dogs and cats). My mother worked at a vet so she has passed her knowledge onto me, taking care of animals comes easy for me as I have cared for my own as well as others fur babies. I just graduated college and have a day job but would be happy to provide services when off, I have 2 cats of my own and have grown up around both dogs and cats At my apartment complex we have a grassy area so your furry friend could get outside time if needed. I do not have a crate but if provided one could accommodate that when outside the home. I also have a car, so going to a park for longer walks could be accomplished if the pet does well in vehicles.

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life. I was raised around dogs and cats from the time I was born. I was a dog sitter for a few years, but I currently don't have the space for it in my home. I have experience in dog grooming, and I cut my own dogs hair. Currently, I am interested in mostly dog walking and occasional grooming services. I'm a bit out of practice with cutting dogs with different hair texture from my poodles curly coat, so I will take grooming clients on a case by case basis right now. Bathing, ear cleaning, nail trimming, gland expression, and things like that are always available. I am currently working from home, so I have a lot of extra time to fill. About: I have owned and been around dogs my entire life. I am a nurse and have experience in providing medications (including injections) for my dogs. I have experience with bigger dogs as well (previous bulldog owner and current owner of bulldog/pit mix). I work 3 days a week but would love to help out on my days off. About: Animals have always been a passion of mine. I would most definitely take care of your dog or cat as if it were my own. Ive taken care of dogs with disabilities for example my mom’s shih tzu has a bad back and cant walk well. And ive taken care of large breeds such as great danes and golden doodles.
