About: Taking care of pets has always been part of my life. I have a fenced in yard for dogs to run and play. As for walks, I have to active kids who are always willing to take a walk around. I currently work at the local school just minutes from my home. I come home middle of the day. I am home during the summer and on weekends. I have a fenced in yard and one dog who is a big baby. Dogs are allowed to lay wherever they are comfortable but can also crate if they are used to that.

About: My husband and I are animal lovers in general and dog lovers in particular. We always worry when boarding our own dogs and, now that we've retired, we wanted to provide a "home like" boarding service for other dog lovers. We have 2 rooms dedicated for the dogs to roam free. Sofa for lounging and television or music available during their stay. Bright sunlight and large windows. We have a large kennel that is outside and the dogs are free to come and go through a doggie door in our kitchen. We have many years experience caring for dogs and our family currently includes 2 bichon Frise. They are both peaceful and friendly and love meeting new dog friends. We wanted to provide a reasonably priced animal boarding service close to home. We are located in Hunlock Creek, 25 minutes from Dallas or Wilkes-Barre, 15 minutes from Nanticoke. Drop off time is anytime from 9AM on and Pick up time is by noon or you must schedule another day. If special times are needed let us know. We will also board birds and small pets at a lower rate. Ask us. Please visit us to see our home ! We are retired and available most days full time - check the calendar. All boarders roam free during the day and sleep on floor or in bed you provide at night. Feedings and treats on daily schedule. Daily exercise in yard if good weather. Dogs roam our secured house freely. Will either be on leash or on zip run if in yard. If dogs need to be separated we have a room we use for that purpose. If your dog likes to sleep in kennel please bring with you or we will provide a kennel or cage (extra fee).

Back home, I help care for my family's pack of four pups — a sweet Yorkie and three energetic Dachshunds (ages 13 to just 7 months). I've also raised cats and hope to one day have a Golden Retriever and Australian Shepherd of my own! Whether your dog needs a midday walk, weekend company, or just some extra love while you're away, I bring patience, enthusiasm, and a future-vet’s dedication to every visit. I’m currently a full time student, but I have pretty much all of the day available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and full availability on the weekends! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, their safety and comfort are always my top priorities. At home, I have a fenced yard for safe outdoor time, and I’m experienced with using kennels when needed — especially for puppies who benefit from structure. I always make sure pets get plenty of exercise, attention, and love, including regular walks and playtime. I’m also confident transporting pets in the car, making sure they’re secure and calm. I treat every animal like my own, and I’m committed to creating a stress-free, loving environment wherever they are.
