About: My husband and I are animal lovers in general and dog lovers in particular. We always worry when boarding our own dogs and, now that we've retired, we wanted to provide a "home like" boarding service for other dog lovers. We have 2 rooms dedicated for the dogs to roam free. Sofa for lounging and television or music available during their stay. Bright sunlight and large windows. We have a large kennel that is outside and the dogs are free to come and go through a doggie door in our kitchen. We have many years experience caring for dogs and our family currently includes 2 bichon Frise. They are both peaceful and friendly and love meeting new dog friends. We wanted to provide a reasonably priced animal boarding service close to home. We are located in Hunlock Creek, 25 minutes from Dallas or Wilkes-Barre, 15 minutes from Nanticoke. Drop off time is anytime from 9AM on and Pick up time is by noon or you must schedule another day. If special times are needed let us know. We will also board birds and small pets at a lower rate. Ask us. Please visit us to see our home ! We are retired and available most days full time - check the calendar. All boarders roam free during the day and sleep on floor or in bed you provide at night. Feedings and treats on daily schedule. Daily exercise in yard if good weather. Dogs roam our secured house freely. Will either be on leash or on zip run if in yard. If dogs need to be separated we have a room we use for that purpose. If your dog likes to sleep in kennel please bring with you or we will provide a kennel or cage (extra fee).

About: Do you ever look at your dog and think how did I get so lucky...Pups to many our like children they get all the love you have to give...Like you the time I am with them I will love and adore them...I've almost always had a dog...My beagle Shelby 15 1/2 passed away on December 20, 2022 and Dante passed away July 4th 2020, I don't have the heart to delete them he was 11 and had been with me the past 4 years since I saved him from the NYC kill shelter on his last day...I trap cats have them fixed and find them homes, some stay (10)....I am active on house sitting sites and travel for sits whenever I have free time from work (photographer)...For years I have taken care of friends cats, dogs, horses, cows, goats and Rizzo the rat... I work a lot from home only gone a few hours at a time if I do need to go out for any jobs or errands... About: I’ve been taking care of animals my whole life. I worked at a dog hotel, where I took care of almost 30 dogs at a time. I know a lot about all different ages and breeds. I’ve trained a few dogs as well! I also have bathed and trimmed nails. Animals are my passion and I would absolutely love to help make sure yours is taken care of! I’m a stay at home mom so other than a few errands here and there I’ll be home all day taking care of your pup! I have a large yard that isn’t fenced but I love taking walks rain or shine and I have a long leash to make sure the pups stay safe. I have 2 dog who absolutely loves other dogs they will make sure your dog gets exercise but if needed I’m more than comfortable making sure your pup has a quiet space I do require a crate to come with your pup. I also prefer them to be spayed or neutered but that’s on a case to case basis. My children are also really good with dogs and loves playing fetch with them

About: I helped care for family dogs and cats since I was about five years old, feeding, giving water, walking and cleaning up after them until I was 18. I have boarded two dogs for a friend and provided drop-in visits for a former neighbor for about a year after that and worked at a pet hotel from '17-'19 in which time I got a dog training certification. I have some experience taking care of mice and hamsters and would like to learn how to care for rats and snakes. I'm currently looking for part-time work and would be more than happy to provide the love and care that your fur babies require in your absence. I'm also a newer driver and could really use the experience. Afternoons and evenings work best but please don't be shy about asking for morning services. Depending on the service and your pet's needs, I will spend as much time as they need whether it be a brief or long walk, cuddling on the couch, etc. I will be working part-time starting April 14, 2024. I will have a schedule ready sometime afterwards. Hopefully it will be in the next few weeks. I will keep your pet indoors for the most part, depending on the pet. I always make sure pets get plenty of exercise, attention, and love, including regular walks and playtime. I’m also confident transporting pets in the car, making sure they’re secure and calm. I treat every animal like my own, and I’m committed to creating a stress-free, loving environment wherever they are.
About: Taking care of pets has always been part of my life. I have a fenced in yard for dogs to run and play. As for walks, I have to active kids who are always willing to take a walk around. I currently work at the local school just minutes from my home. I come home middle of the day. I am home during the summer and on weekends. I have a fenced in yard and one dog who is a big baby. Dogs are allowed to lay wherever they are comfortable but can also crate if they are used to that.
