Our one cat, kiwi, needs medicine via syringe in mouth and even though Amy wasn’t super used to it, she tried it and got the hang of it on the first try! Kiwi also really tends to hate most people but she LOVED Amy, let her pet her right away, which was such a big relief and says so much about how lovable Amy is! I really appreciated all the adorable check-in pictures as well and Amy’s easy going nature when it comes to texting. I’ll always be hiring Amy from now on!!!”

About: The best part of everyday is being loved by a dog. I currrently own a 11 year old rescued Pitbull mix, an 11 year old b&w long haired cat and an 8 mos old rescue dog from Puerto Rico. I especially love bully breeds!! I have experience with providing medicine, cleaning up accidents from young or senior dogs and dealing with aggressive behavior. I have open availability during the week as well as on the weekends and evenings as I work night shift. Everyone always asks me why I've never looked into becoming a dog walker and here I am! I am currently working night shift with seniors and I am looking to work more day shift hours, I am hoping that my dog walking takes off here as it did in the steel city! About: I've owned dogs and cats since I was ten. I currently have three dogs (one of whom is a senior dog) and two cats. I love walking any dogs and playing in the backyard with them. I've been a volunteer at Last Chance Ranch in Quakertown for the past two years, during which I work with dogs who are happy and wiggly and those who are hesitant, sick or scared. I'm also a mom of two students, an honor student entering college and an honor athlete entering her junior year (so I know how to raise kids too!! :-) ) I look forward to taking care of your babies like I take care of my own. I'm a high school teacher, who can be free to come to your house as of 3pm for walks or to take care of your babies. I am available most weekends. I will follow any requests of the owners, but definitely enjoy a good walk with puppies (all dogs are puppies in my world). About: I'd love to be your cat's new friend! I honestly just love hanging out with cats—and with 2 of my own, I also know how to take care of them. I adore them all, whether they're cuddle-bugs or scaredy-cats. I'm a patient person, so I'm willing to put in the time to earn a cat's trust. I also previously had a senior cat who developed cancer, so I have experience taking care of older cats and giving medical care. I've cared for the cats of my neighbors, friends, and family with great success. Whether you have a young cat or a senior cat, I'll give them the level of care they require—and deserve! Always available on weekends! (Check my calendar for exact dates.) On Mondays and Fridays, my schedule is flexible with more availability. For Tuesday through Thursday, I can do drop-in visits in the evenings after 6 p.m. I'm conscious of the fact that a cat's home is their safe space, so I'll interact with them on their own terms. If they like to cuddle and play, then we'll cuddle and play! But if they don't, I'll give them their space. And I'll always feed your cat, refresh their water, and clean the litter box according to your instructions.
