Shawna was great! After a bad experience with a kennel, we decided to try an in house sitter. From allowing a meet and greet with them before the actual stay to sending pictures and videos every day with updates about how Bella was doing. The dog we picked up was happy, excited and well cared for. We've already rebooked with Shawna for another stay.
Reyna was amazing! Her and her family were the sweetest and made my dog feel like family. She sent photos and videos and he had the best time! They went on adventures and definitely had an abundance of play time! She’s very communicative and we even had a meet and greet before hand to ensure everyone’s comfort before boarding. Highly recommend Reyna!
Bo really seemed to enjoy his time at Reyna's place. It was ideal for him since they have a puppy for him to play with plus their sweet sons who play with him. Reyna sent pictures and updates showing what Bo was doing and how happy he was. He was worn out by the time he came home! I will definitely plan on booking with Reyna again.
I don’t even know where to begin. This was my first time using rover & my first time leaving my dog with a stranger…. That quickly changed because I feel like Shawna is now family. Shawna had me bring my dog about a week before to see if the vibe fit and the love was undeniable. Her and her husband welcomed my dog Phoebe with open arms and I instantly felt comfortable. I had some anxiety before my trip and she went above and beyond to ease my mind. I got daily check ins and photos and videos of my dog. My dog is very high maintenance and can’t be around any other pets which was a perfect fit to stay at her house. I cannot recommend Shawna enough I would trust her to watch any pet. I even joked that when I have a human baby I would try and still book her through rover. Thank you for the amazing experience.
Shawna is the best! We left Bailey with her for 2 weeks while we were in Europe and she was fabulous. She sent us pics, videos, and updates. She even made homemade treats for Bailey. My family and I joked that Bailey isn't even going to want to come home with us. Definitely recommend her!
