“Our pup had such an amazing time with Julie and her family! From the moment we arrived, Chiko felt right at home and quickly became part of the family. He loved playing with their two doodles, Chase and Rusty, and even got to meet their goats, pigs, chickens, and play with their kiddos. Their fully fenced yard (many acres) was perfect for safe playtime and gave us extra peace of mind. Julie went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable leaving him, especially since Chiko is deaf and uses a special collar. She took the time to learn how to communicate with him, which gave us such reassurance. We loved the adorable photo updates throughout his stay, and when we picked him up, he was one happy (and tired!) pup who fell right asleep as soon as we got home. We are so grateful to Julie and her family for the wonderful care they gave our pup, and we can’t wait for him to stay with them again. Highly recommend!”

He sent pictures and videos of the dogs together everyday and my dog Princess went into heat the day after we dropped her off and I was so thankful that he did not ask me to pick her back up and deny the job. He just had me buy some doggy diapers and drop them off to her. Princess, didn't even seem to mind the fact that he was in charge. In fact I would even say that she really loved her time there with Emmanuel and all of her new doggie friends. About: I have had big dogs and cats since I was born. I know how awful it can be to leave your pet at home. I want to be able to give your pet all the love and care he or she needs to make their family leaving as stress free as possible. I work from home and have a lot of free time. I can visit homes almost anytime any day of the week. My schedule is very flexible to the pets needs. I can follow any direction given to me about how take care of your pet. I will make sure to walk all pets at least twice a day and have at least a couple hour of playtime.

I work part time in Woodstock, so this leaves me with plenty of time to pet, sit and play with your fur babies. About: I've personally owned cats since I was little, that being the first animal I took care of at 6years old with a hamster and parakeets and a ferret. Cat behavior differs from dogs and you must understand they are one of a kind to each cats behavior is never the same. Some need more attention than others and some want all the space they can get but enjoy their food. Countless kitten claw scratches approved. Keeping litter boxes clean is highly necessary as it is their bathroom and no one likes a stinky toilet. I currently own a Japanese tortoiseshell bobtail female cat who has already had a liter of kittens. I have raised and found homes for. My dogs name is Luna, she’s almost two years old, deaf and mentally special but as friendly as can be! (Several rooms for separation of my dog if needed as well as my crate. About: I am an animal lover. I have pets of my own of all kinds. My kids love animals. I can give medication as I had a pet with seizures. Only dogs, will not give medicine to cats. I do have three kids. Ages 4 year old , 6 year and a 8 year old. All were raised around animals no issues. No allergies. I do have cats in home that have their own room so can easily be separated, I own two dogs but they are outside fenced in dogs. Will not interact with any animal I watch. There was never a dull moment being surrounded by all types of animals in my care. I currently own 3 dogs now but have owned up to 5 dogs at one time and cats in the past. Whether it is my animal I'm caring for or someone else's, I take it very seriously to ensure the proper care is given. I have a senior dog at home as well, she is 13yrs old with cancer and a deteriorating spinal cord disease who gets supplements every morning amongst other medications. She is my couch potato but my absolute world, she is fragile and living out the last years of her life being the wonderful potato she is. I have experience in birthing two dog liters and 1 cat liter. Experienced in what is needed before and after birth. Extra care if needed. I have worked along the side of a professional dog trainer as well as helped run a boarding and training facility up to 30 dogs, being one out of two kennel techs. I work at a vet hospital in ellijay, ga for dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds currently. I am looking to help others out who need the extra hand in caring for their fur babies. Sometimes it takes a village and it's important to know you can trust someone to take care of your fur babies no matter the size or fluff. It's important to take your pups for a walk or utilize the pets favorite way to get all that energy out could be throwing a ball or Sometimes even going for a run if you have any that are like my huskies and cattle dogs, that energy never dies.
About: I have done training with both of my dogs and have learned a lot about dog behavior and dog body language. Before getting into the pet industry, I was a paramedic for the last 15 years. I can handle stressful situations and I'm not afraid to get dirty. I'm the process of taking a class for pet first aid and CPR I would love during my down time to stay active by walking/ running with your dogs. I am also up for enrichment activities as well. My own dogs have been through dog training classes. I have learned a lot about dog behaviors and body language. I am truly one of those people who believe in boundaries even for pets. Not everyone wants to be touched, and others need to respect that. I always carry in my car or on my person, extra treats, extra leashes, and first aid kits not only for the animals but for people as well. I would rather come over prepared than nothing at all. If you need your dog taken somewhere I do have a safety crate secured in the back of my car. I won't travel with my dogs in the car without safety that includes your dogs as well.

About: I have only ever cared for certain dogs for very short intervals of time. I care for my personal dog, which is a yorkshire terrier/poodle mix, and he is a small dog under 15 pounds. “Our pup had such an amazing time with Julie and her family! From the moment we arrived, Chiko felt right at home and quickly became part of the family. He loved playing with their two doodles, Chase and Rusty, and even got to meet their goats, pigs, chickens, and play with their kiddos. Their fully fenced yard (many acres) was perfect for safe playtime and gave us extra peace of mind. Julie went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable leaving him, especially since Chiko is deaf and uses a special collar. She took the time to learn how to communicate with him, which gave us such reassurance. We loved the adorable photo updates throughout his stay, and when we picked him up, he was one happy (and tired!) pup who fell right asleep as soon as we got home. We are so grateful to Julie and her family for the wonderful care they gave our pup, and we can’t wait for him to stay with them again. Highly recommend!”

In fact I would even say that she really loved her time there with Emmanuel and all of her new doggie friends.
