About: I will love and take care of your pets as if they were my own. I love to go out and play with pets I care for. I would dog sit when I was in high school for different families. Those families loved how attentive I was, and as a result they would refer me to their friends. I’m always available for you buddies! You and me both know that your pets are more than pets, theyre family. You don’t want just anyone taking care of family. I do currently work full time, however I have a job that is extremely flexible. I set my own hours, including when I am in my office. This pairs perfectly with animal care and house care because I can come and go as frequently as needed. Due to my open schedule I can be available for any needs your pets may have. I prefer to let the client tell me exactly what they want for their pet. I like to keep your life as simple as possible while giving you peace of mind by following any requests you have. If you need your animal crated, if you want them roaming, whatever is asked you can expect to be done.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 12 and can’t imagine life without them! While serving in the Navy, I volunteered at military kennels, and later worked at a doggy daycare/boarding/training facility in Texas. I’m experienced with dogs of all ages, from playful puppies to senior pets, and I share my home with a sweet 10-year-old lab and a 2-year-old Norwegian Forest Cat. About: I’ve had dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes my entire life, and caring for animals has always been a huge part of who I am. Over the years I’ve owned and cared for many different breeds and personalities, including Saint Bernards, Great Danes, and Coonhounds, which gave me plenty of experience handling large and giant-breed dogs. I’ve also shared my home with multiple cats over the years—many of them seniors—so I understand the patience, routine, and gentle care older pets often need. I’ve spent years fostering animals as well, frequently working with senior pets and dogs that may be anxious or slow to trust new people. I pride myself on being patient and letting animals warm up to me at their own pace so they can feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away. My home currently includes an Alaskan Klee Kai and a Border Collie mix, so daily life already revolves around exercise, enrichment, and making sure dogs stay happy and engaged. When I travel, my trips are often pet-focused—I’ve driven cross-country multiple times with my dogs to explore new trails, parks, and adventures together. For walks, drop-ins, and house sitting, I always aim to keep pets on their normal routine so they feel secure in their own home. As a larger and experienced handler, I’m comfortable managing multiple dogs on leash and adapting to different energy levels—whether your dog loves long walks and playtime or prefers relaxed companionship and a calm presence. I’m also experienced in administering most medications and providing attentive care for senior pets who may need a little extra support. I have a very flexible work schedule, and can accommodate most dogs needs! I no longer offer overnight sitting, but can accommodate multiple drop ins and walks while you are gone, start long as early as 7 am and as late as 8-9 ish. Your dog’s comfort and routine are my top priorities. I provide focused attention, interactive play, and companionship tailored to your pup’s personality — from calm evenings at home to energetic walks or adventures at parks and trails. I’m experienced with all sizes and breeds, so whether your dog is a tiny pup or a gentle giant, they’ll receive care that’s attentive and consistent. About: My name is Jeren! I am a local business owner, lifelong Eastern Shore resident and animal lover! I regularly work with and foster for several rescues in addition to petsitting, and have experience with bottle feeding, medical fostering, medication administration, and after surgery wound care, as well as light training, and “feral school” with feral and semi feral cats. Being my own boss allows me to maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to provide as many "in home" visits as your individual pet(s) requires, or give them as much attention, walks, playtime and quality time in my home as they need. For boarding stays in my home I do request that for dogs they be other dog and cat friendly, as I do own animals of my own. For cats I do have the ability to keep them separated from my animals and give them their own "room" with window cat perch, toys and bed that are all thoroughly cleaned between each client. I am a lifelong pet owner and have owned and worked with everything from hamsters to horses(even reptiles!), I have experience owning and working with high energy and working class dog breeds, as well as ferral and semi ferral cats. Pets are family, and when they are with me they will always be treated as such! I am homeschool mom/local business owner with a flexible schedule allowing me to give your pups/kitties as much attention and care as they require. I provide several leashed walks per day, and well as play time in the yard, either on my long line(lunge line previously used for my horses) or in our chain link dog run(dogs are NEVER left unattended). In the home pets are allowed run of the house, unless separation is required. I do use crates or gate them in my kitchen/dining room area if I have to run out for whatever reason. This is to insure their safety and prevent them from getting into anything while unsupervised. I am able to provide crates of various sizes, up to XXL or you are welcome to bring your pets crate with them if you feel they would be more comfortable with their own

About: I've owned pets my whole life. My gentle composure and empathic nature make them feel loved and safe with me. I fostered a puppy from the Caribbean that nobody else wants to deal with. Within a month, she let me pet her and take her on walks. I train dogs with care and lots of pets! I am a freelancer and work from home. Dogs that stay at my house can go in and out and be protected by a fenced-in yard. I will ask about diet, routines, and special needs for your pets. I will come to your house for free for a meet and greet and see if we connect with your pet.

About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my entire life and have over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for pets. Growing up, my mom had five dogs—some of which had puppies—and I helped raise and care for them. I’ve also cared for cats in multi-pet households, including feeding, litter box maintenance, and creating calm, safe environments for shy or senior cats. Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me for years to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their pets while they’re away. About: Hi, my name’s Lindsey! I’m 25 years old and I absolutely love all sorts of animals. At home I have 3 dogs, 2 cats, Goats, Ducks, chickens, a gecko, a turtle and fish. My house has always been full of pets growing up, as I participated in my local 4-H club for 9 years. I have had lots of animals, including lizards, fish, a hedgehog, a ferret, cats, dogs, lambs, goats, pigs, and cattle. I have also had lots of experience over the years taking good care of my neighbors’ and friends’ pets whenever they are out of town. I have a large fenced in back yard where your pet will have constant access to water while outside playing. As well as access to food and water inside. About: I have grown up loving dogs my entire life. I was lucky enough to have two of my own Lucy and Wilson who were truly part of my family and meant everything to me. Since coming to college I have not been around dogs at all and I miss that connection more than I realized. Being around dogs brings me a lot of happiness and comfort and it is something I have always had in my life until now am a college student with a flexible schedule, which allows me to spend plenty of time caring for and giving attention to pets. I am available most weekdays all day due to online school. Some weekends are also available, although I do have an internship that takes up certain weekends I treat every pet as if they are my own and always prioritize their safety and comfort. About: I've been caring for dogs and cats in a personal and professional capacity for 25 years now. For many years, I turned our home into an orphan kitten and cat rescue and worked with the organization Planned Pethood to care for and adopt out over 50 cats! I've taken care of cats and dogs for friends, family, and clients in all life stages - from bottle babies to elderly and incontinent cancer patients. I have experience administering pills and insulin injections, and welcome working with dogs and cats at all life stages. Tricky diets and particularities don't put me off.. I've seen it all! Long walks and cuddles are my specialty, and I look forward to making new four legged friends! I'm currently completing a graphic design certificate online, so my schedule is incredibly flexible. I'm available both weekdays and weekends, as I have no particular set schedule. I make sure to keep dogs on their leash during walks, and to secure all yard gates before letting them outdoors. I keep the home clean and tidy, and make sure there haven't been any accidents or breakages. I tend to stay at the home all day when staying overnight so the animals always have company and any emergencies are handled immediately.

About: My next door neighbor had me take care of their dog, Brownie. He was an old man, but still a good boy! I would make drop-in visits to make sure he was fed and given his medicine which he did such a good job with taking it around me, and I would also take him outside for bathroom breaks. Milo was another dog I took care of recently, and unlike Brownie, she was young, and also loud just like any other husky, but similar to Brownie, she was good girl. This time she had to live with me at my house, but she was no problem at all. I would take her outside at least two hours a day and give her walks around my neighborhood. I would also let her sleep on my bed and she'd wake me up by licking my face every morning to start the day. Feeding her wasn't a problem either. In fact, taking so much time out of my day to take care of just any other dog is never a problem for me! My recent pet care was for a Siberian Husky named Milo. After taking care of her cats, my sister asked me to take care of Milo for a friend who was away last December. Milo was a big dog, but she wasn't anything I had trouble handling. She was a fun and good girl, and I made sure she was taken outside every two hours of every day and also made sure she was given food and water and would refill both when I see that they're almost empty. Pet care comes first for me and I would take plenty of time out of my day to give pets the love and attention they need while family is away. I have a yard but it isn't fenced. However, I will be outside with your dog if they ever need to go, and keep an eye and/or leash on them if necessary. I did the same for my own dog, Macy. Unfortunately, my home doesn't have any other dogs that yours could socialize with since Macy passed away, but with me around, your baby should never feel alone! If I were to take care of your pet at your home (and if necessary), I could also tidy up the inside of your house to the point where I was never even there once you have come back from your trip.
