About: I love watching animals more than anything! Always know that your animal is loved and in great hands when I am in charge and responsible for them I am a full time student at The University of Alabama. This is my first year so I am still getting used to everything! I only have 2 classes max a day so have plenty of free time!! I know how to crate animals, as I have a puppy back home that is crate trained. If your yard is not fenced I will at all times keep your dog on a leash!!

7. Mauren & Joshua S.
About: As on site caretakers for a local humane society, my husband and I love dogs. We have three dogs of our own, all currently seniors (12 yr old Chesapeake Bay Retriever, 9 yr old lab/pit mix, and 8 yr old German Shepard). We are very familiar with dogs with medical needs as our Chessie has a thyroid condition that we've been managing since his first year of life and our German Shepard is constantly fighting ear issues. We are able to administer medications, and monthlies such as Flea and Tick preventives and have experience handling dogs recovering from heart worms. We have both a morning and evening routine not only for our personal dogs, but also the Humane Society dogs as well. Our goal is to maximize love, care and potty breaks. We have an extra tall security fenced in yard, ample land to walk pups, and our residence is far back from any potentially dangerous main road. We leash walk all dogs on site and only allow play groups with prior approval from owners.

9. Devonna C.
“I would highly recommend Devonna to take care of your babies She loves taking care of both of Our babies when we have to be out of town. She can either come a few times a day or stay with them. There is no one else I would trust with my babies plus she sends me pictures and my dogs love her.”

10. Isabella G.
“Isabella did an amazing job taking care of my Goldendoodle while I was out of town. She was attentive, responsible, and clearly cared for him like her own. I came home to a happy, well-loved pup, and that peace of mind was priceless. I would absolutely trust her to watch him again!”

11. Benji H.
“I am beyond grateful for the care and attention Benji has provided for my two dogs. As someone who is very particular about who looks after my pets, I couldn't have asked for a more responsible, loving, and attentive sitter. From the moment I met Benji, I felt completely at ease knowing my dogs would be in great hands. They are always well-cared for, exercised, and happy when I return. Benji goes above and beyond, providing regular updates, sending pictures, and making sure all their needs are met. It's clear he truly love animals, and my dogs absolutely adore him. I highly recommend [Pet Sitter's Name] to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy pet sitter – they are truly exceptional!”

18. McKenzie A.
About: My love for animals manifested in the third grade and ever since the love was never lost. I recently worked at the Birmingham Zoo in which I worked with a plethora of exotic animals mainly being giraffes and lorikeets. As well as a Pet Daycare and Boarding facility where I worked full time! In my free time I figured this is something I’d really enjoy! I am currently working nights, 3 12hr shifts, but any days I’m not scheduled I would love to take on any jobs and provide the best care I can. Since I have worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility I have a good amount of knowledge on how to read their behavior and what’s good and bad for dogs. I also have a good bit of training on getting them in and out of crates, and properly applying harnesses. I will also ensure anything of toxicity is always out of their reach.

19. Avory S.
“Avory is the best pet sitter, paws down! She is kind, attentive, and has extensive knowledge about a variety of pets. I have complete faith in her as she is very trustworthy and feel that my pets and home are safe in her care.”

20. Joycelyn G.
“I highly recommend Joycelyn as a pet caregiver! Her devotion to animals is evident in the way she provides attentive care and love to her dog, as well as the pets of others. She is trustworthy, patient and responsible.”
