About: We started this as a summer job that we thought would be fun - well, we are still having fun! My husband and I have been raised with dogs and want the same for our kids!. When your dog comes to our home, they become a part of the family! Drop-ins are the same. It’s important to us that we meet our pups and parents to make sure it’s a good fit for all because we understand how unsettling it can be to be separated from them. Mickey and I have a solid understanding and respect for dog instincts and behaviors and enjoy all breeds. We have two children (one who is a future pet sitter, herself) and they love having furry friends over! We have a 4 year old Lemon Beagle named Rosie and she enjoy visitors as well! We have a huge fenced-in backyard with lots of things to smell and explore! I work as a school teacher and my husband works at home. My work hours end pretty early and this also allows us to have weekends and most holidays free. But someone is almost always home. We will have open hours for most of June-August :-) As mentioned, we have a big, fenced-in yard and a very pet friendly home. If your dog is primarily an indoor dog, we will only take them out for walks, play, and potty! When your pet is in our care, they become one of our family members - lots of conversations, hugs and belly rubs, and exercise!

“Kelly has watched my dogs for years and has a heart for pets. She goes the extra mile to make each pets and owners feel comfortable. Kelly is responsible and reliable.”

Tia T.
“I wholeheartedly recommend Tia Trahan for pet sitting—she’s practically a canine superhero! Tia cared for my dogs, Bambi and Juno, for three days while I was out of town, and she went above and beyond to ensure their well-being. Not only did she successfully administer Bambi’s daily seizure medication (no small feat, considering Bambi has mastered the art of diva-level stubbornness), but she also prioritized their safety at every turn. One night, after a routine visit took an unexpected turn, an unknown animal stirred up chaos at the back fence while she was letting the dogs out. She expertly got them inside without issue and made the wise decision to keep the doggie door closed for the night. Later, she even made a special late-night trip to check on them and give them their pre-bedtime potty break—because when your backyard has a history of bear encounters, a little extra caution is always a good idea! Tia’s professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to my pets’ safety were truly impressive. If you need a pet sitter who will treat your furry family members like her own—while handling any curveballs with grace—Tia is the one to call. My dogs absolutely adore her!”

“She is a caring dog mom herself, always see her walking her pup. Talking soothingly and engaged with this really adorable Old English Bulldog. Never seen her yell, but gives a firm "Oy oy oy" that the dog seems to respond well to. Never see her without a bag for cleanup. Dog obviously loves her. You can trust your dog with this woman for sure.”
