About: Hello! I am a 32 year old dog enthusiast! As an adult with Autism, connecting with Pets has been incredibly natural and rewarding! I have been a dog-parent for four years. I have also helped care for my wife’s senior childhood dog. My wife has 10+ years experience as a Client Care Representative in Veterinary Medicine. I have a passion for dog walking, dog obedience training and dog adventures (like hiking and paddle boarding). I have a flexible work schedule (WFH 3x/week) and would love to be the one you trust to care for your lovely pets! I am a rule follower, reliable and dedicated to the wellbeing and happiness of all animals. I work from home Monday, Thursday and Friday so I am available for drop in dog walks. I have availability on weekends as well. On Tuesday and Thursday, I am available in the morning and the evenings. I have job flexibility during the day, so I can make most times work depending on the day. I strictly adhere to your care standards — I can take your pets on walks, play with them outside, or however your pup likes to engage most! I can crate upon leaving, etc. My dog also has his own bedroom, with a toddler bed, which has been “baby-proofed”, if you prefer a controlled space bigger than a crate. I have a fenced in backyard, as well.
“Molly was wonderful!! She was communicative (I loved the daily updates with photos) and did so much to keep our dog busy and exercised. She came home extra tired and extra happy. Would definitely recommend!”

About: I may be new to Rover, but I am not new to caring for others. I am a lifelong dog owner and currently have a dog of my own, so I understand daily routines like feeding, walks, playtime, and providing a safe, loving environment. I am also a parent and work in childcare, which has given me extensive experience with responsibility, patience, and following specific instructions. I’m comfortable sticking to routines, recognizing needs, and providing attentive care. I understand how important it is to trust someone in your home and with a loved one. I treat every pet with the same care and respect I give my own family, and I’m happy to follow any instructions to keep your pet comfortable and stress-free while you’re away. Pet care fits well into my weekly routine, especially long-term and weekend care. I’m available Thursday nights through Sundays, which allows me to provide consistent, attentive care without rushing or overbooking. As a dog mom, I understand the importance of routines, exercise, feeding schedules, and recognizing pets’ needs. I’m used to planning my days around caregiving and making sure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I have a large yard for supervised outdoor time. Since it’s not fenced, dogs are always closely monitored and leashed as needed. I have a friendly dog who enjoys company, and two children who love animals and are taught to be gentle and respectful. Pets are never left unattended. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my priority.
“Will definitely be booking with Danielle again. Her and her family did a great job with my little guy. He came home happy and healthy and the communication between us while gone was great. Loved all the pics she sent us as well.”

About: Denim Sheperd Dog Care is looking to provide you with excellent dog services at an affordable price. With a huge backyard for running and indoor dog spaces for play, your dog is guaranteed to have a great time! We are a house of dog lovers plus 3 pups of our own, with 2 cousin pups staying with us! Our pack leader Austin has been an amateur mush dog trainer for two years with plans to compete in 2026. He is great with dogs of all sizes and has a heart for all breeds. What got him into dog training for others was E-collar training 2 of our dogs himself after having our husky trained professionally. This gave us the freedom to adventure with our pups the way we longed to. We have been doing basic grooming for our labradoodle for 3 years, nail trimming all of our dogs' nails for 5 years, and bathing them for nearly 7 so your dogs will be in loving hands if they are in need of some pampering! I'm currently a full-time at home parent and dog dad. My schedule is flexible with advance notice, but for our daily schedule I do biking with my husky, playtime in the back yard, and the pups nap or have hangout time in the dog den! I have a garage for grooming and introductions, then two gates used to separate the dog areas from the rest of the house. Within the dog area is a finished basement and den if dogs need to be separated. At this time, I have 2 crates of different sizes for use if needed or desired. The backyard is fully fenced and great for runners to get out excess energy.

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
Every sitter on Rover has their own routine. Depending on the arrangements you agree on before the stay, a sitter can follow your dog’s regular feeding schedule, provide a comfortable place to sleep, offer companionship, and support their usual exercise and play needs.
Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, daily exercise may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.
Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Woodland home-away-from-home, packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Woodland.
Tip: You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.
You and your Woodland sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in MI ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
