My dogs back in Texas are pit bulls so I’m used to large lovable doggies :) I work from home so pets don’t go unattended and always have someone to hangout with. I am free most weekends and my significant other is also home to help out with high energy pups. :) I have walking trails around my apartment and wooded areas out back. About: I have been around animals most of my life and currently care for several dogs of my own on our 20-acre farm just outside Hastings, Michigan. Dogs staying with me are treated like part of the family and live in a home environment rather than a kennel setting. Because I have experience managing multiple dogs at once, I understand pack behavior, supervision, feeding routines, and how to safely separate dogs when needed. I also have fenced areas, pasture space, and wooded land where dogs can safely explore and exercise. My goal is to provide a calm, safe place where dogs can run, play, relax, and get plenty of attention while their owners are away. I provide home-style dog daycare on our peaceful 20-acre farm just outside Hastings, Michigan. Because I care for dogs from home, I am able to supervise them throughout the day. Dogs enjoy time indoors with the family as well as supervised outdoor playtime on the property. I keep daycare small (maximum of 8 guest dogs) so every dog receives attention, exercise, and a calm environment. Dogs spend their day playing, exploring, relaxing, and socializing with the pack. Dogs in my care stay in a home environment rather than a kennel facility. They spend time indoors with the family and also enjoy supervised outdoor time on our farm, including fenced areas and open space to explore. Safety is very important, so I carefully monitor interactions between dogs and separate them if needed. Dogs may be crated briefly during feeding or rest times to prevent food aggression and allow quiet breaks. I limit daycare to a small group to keep the environment safe and manageable.

About: Hii! I’ve grown up with many different animals; including rabbits, birds, cats, dogs, ect. I am an animal lover, but having my own isn’t an option for me right now. I’d love to take care and make your pet happy. I’d treat them as if they were my own babies. I currently work full-time and am a college student, however I have a flexible work schedule and enjoy spending extra time with animals. I’d love to spend some of my free time taking care of your fur babies. I’m open to any ideas, but I’d love most to drop by or even walk your pet. I’d love to come to your own home where your pet is already comfortable. I do live in an apartment so my home isn’t an option unless well planned ahead of time. I do have family that lives on a lake and have no problem taking your pet there and spending time there with him/her. It’s a lot of land on acres for any dog to play😊
About: I am a vet assistant for a mobile vaccine company and just enjoy aniamls and just can't get enough of them. I want to let you have me time and know your babies are in good hands. I work weekends mostly so I am free during the week alot and can even to weird 3rd shift hours if needed. Very flexible when I can be. I like to try and meet up before the sitting so I can know how your pet is taken care of so I can keep them in the same routine even when your gone.

About: Hello my name is Justin L, I am 39 years, single, no kids and work full time. I lost my dog about 5 years ago and it was very hard to deal with. I am not ready to commit to another one yet, so I figured I might as well get my dog fix by helping others out on their vacation or their busy schedules. I always grew up with dogs and have had them all from small to large. Dogs are a mans best friend is the most true statement and I will always provide the best care for those dogs. Life would be so boring without dogs in it. I hope at some point in the future to get my own dog. I am available after I am off work. Depending where I’m working and where you are located I can possibly swing by during lunch time as well. I like to listen to what the owners say as far as what their preference for how they want their pet to behave. Any parameters with the house they typically write them up and I keep them updated throughout the day with photos of the pets.

Our family has provided trusted pet & farm sitting service in the Kent, Barry & Ionia County areas for 6+ years. We've always had animals around whether it be dogs, cats, chickens, or sheep! We are a homeschooling family and we also work from home. Someone is almost always here! We're available to board dogs anytime we're not on vacation ourselves! We promise to treat your pet like family here at Snowy River Farm! Your pet will have the lower walkout level of the home to themselves. Brad works from home on that same level and we are all around very often. Our own small dogs will stay on a separate floor and not co-mingle your pet (unless specifically agreed by both parties). We can crate your dog(s) if that's your preference. Otherwise, a comfy chair with a blankie is just fine! ;-) *We prefer to do meet & greets first for everyone's benefit. Each dog we care for gets patient, loving, one-on-one attention tailored just for them. We’ll keep you connected with daily photo updates and little stories from their stay.
