Shanisa is a pet whisperer. She is kind, calm, very relaxed and just had this intuitive sense of how to interact with our dogs and cat. We really appreciated how thoughtful she was with asking questions, making sure she understood which pet needed what. I had incorrectly scheduled what we needed and she was really patient and accommodating as she worked with us to make the corrections. I highly recommend her and, if she can put up with us, I'll gladly request her care again for our pets.
Grace went above and beyond! When our flight was over 3 hours delayed, she went back to our house to take Cinna out again. She was so kind and helpful. She kept us updated on what she was doing and sent frequent photos! I really felt confident that Cinna was in good hands when I was away.
Bella did a great job house/dog sitting. With 3 very different dogs, to be honest, I was worried! She had to work with an elderly dog, a young dog and the female ‘pack leader’. She was able to come meet the dogs before hand, deal with my work schedule and figure out the garage door! 😆 She handled the dogs’ anxiety and digestive issues like a champ. One thing I really noticed is that there were NO behavioral changes in the dogs after we returned. We have had some issues in the past where you could tell something wasn’t right when we were gone. That alone is a major relief for us. I always fear for my babies when you are dealing with the unknown. But coming back and seeing how good they were? She did a great job! The only thing I would suggest is to proactively send more pup pictures, but Bella was quick to respond to any messages and would reach out if she had any questions. I would 1000% recommend her! So glad we found her!
