About: I am super flexible and comfortable with dog care. I currently have an energetic young german shepherd so I understand the importance of dogs getting lots of exercise so that they can relax throughout the day. The main breeds I have experience with are Labs/Retrievers, German Shepherds, Beagles, Mixed Breed herding dogs, and Horses! I understand when dogs want to play and when they need their own space to relax. I currently have a german shepherd that I exercise twice a day either by walking, hiking, fetching or chasing hose water. Typically, I do one of these activities in the morning and one in the evening. My dog is free fed throughout the day, but I am familiar with dogs that prefer the routine of scheduled feeding or don't have self control, so I am comfortable following the routine that the dog is used to. I have a great walkable neighborhood, but I am very familiar with great places to walk and hike with dogs throughout the city. I am a grad student with lots of flexibility so my schedule is different from week to week, during the summer I will have lots of time each day to spend with your pup, but during the year I will provide excersize but less one-on-one time. I have a fenced in yard and a 1900 square foot home with hard surfaced floors. I don't allow my dogs on furniture, but if your dog is used to it, that is not currently a concern. My fences are sturdy and chain link, and about four feet tall. I prefer dogs that are crate trained overnight, and am happy to provide my own crates for them to sleep in. If they are not, I would happy to set up a play pen environment for them to be in!

About: Hello! I have grown up with so many pets in the household. I love pets and love to care for them. I have always had a passion about animals. I have went to others houses and cared for animals for more than 4 years. I have two dogs, a miniature border collie and a German Shepard, and one cat! I love all types on animals: dogs, cats, etc. and can’t wait to help you out with your fur babies! I do work but I always come home on my breaks everyday. Other than the days I work, I am normally home to care for animals. :-) I have two friendly dogs here who can keep your pup company, also I have a smaller crate and bigger crate to put dog in kennel if needed.

About: I love watching animals more than anything! Always know that your animal is loved and in great hands when I am in charge and responsible for them I am a full time student at The University of Alabama. This is my first year so I am still getting used to everything! I only have 2 classes max a day so have plenty of free time!! I know how to crate animals, as I have a puppy back home that is crate trained. If your yard is not fenced I will at all times keep your dog on a leash!!

About: I worked at a boarding facility for a while where I was responsible for feeding, watering, and walking 150+ dogs a day. I am also experienced in dog bathing, brushing, nail clipping, and brushing teeth. I currently work at the metro animal shelter and I am skilled in medicating dogs and handling puppies and senior animals. I am free to care for your pet any time of day and any day of the week and cant wait to meet your furbabies! I will have my full attention on your pet anytime I am with it, I am comfortable crating your pet before I leave if you like.

About: My passion for pets and their mental well-being started early. Since 2019, my dad and I have volunteered at animal shelters, walking dogs and house training them to help them find loving homes. Now, as a college freshman, I’m continuing my mission to give back to the community and support animals as they grow. With two dogs of my own I trained and experience raising a litter of puppies, I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, loved, and engaged. About: I had a Tibetan Terrier who lived to be 14 years old, so I've had plenty of senior pet care experience, as well as administering medications. I currently have a golden retriever who is about little over 1 year old who I got at 8 weeks so plenty of puppy experience as well. I've trained both of my dogs to do many tricks. I've never owned a cat but I've pet sit for plenty. I'm taking classes at the University of Alabama so whenver I'm not in class or taking care of my own dog, I'm free. Especially weekends, afternoons, and evening. I can take your dog on walks or if you have a fenced in yard I can go hang out with them in the backyard.

About: From a young age I was taught to care for all kinds of animals such as birds, cats, dogs, pigs, and ferrets. I can bottle feed pigs, kittens, and puppies. I work with puppies on basic training skills such as sit, paw, and lay-down. I can also bath animals and give medicine when needed. My classes start at 8:00 AM so if I need to make morning trips for animal care it would need to be around 7:00 AM I get out of class at noon and typically don't have additional activities until 5:00 PM. After that I'm available from 8:00 PM till 10:00 PM for last calls at houses. Currently I live in a dorm where I cannot have animals but when I was home with my family I took the dog out first thing in the morning for a walk/ jog. Once we are back to the house I provide breakfast and got ready for school. At lunch my mom would let the dog out to go to the rest room, around 3:00 when I got home from school I took my dog out to play or swim for 45 minutes to an hour. Around 5:00 PM we would chill on the couch while I completed homework and then we her outside for her last potty break around 9:00 and then when she comes in I comb her and get her ready for bed for the night.

About: I love animals! I worked part-time at a local animal shelter. As a result, I have gained ample experience in handling animals. I can also provide references if needed. I'm a part-time student (I take online classes), but I can always make time to do things I enjoy, and hanging out with the creatures is one! Taking long walks with the puppies is one of the many things I liked when working at the Shelter. Here are some basic rules I go by: Don't let your pet outside without a leash if the yard doesn't have a fence, don't step outside without locking the doors, and always do a little extra for the owner as a courtesy! :)

About: I have always had a huge spot in my heart for animals and I wish I could help every single one in bad situations. I have always known I wanted to work in Veterinary Medicine so currently I work at a clinic as a Veterinary assistant training to be a licensed Veterinary Technician !! I have so much experience with animals from puppies/kittens to senior dogs/cats including their different needs and type of care and can’t wait to learn even more!! *If possible, I do request proof of up to date vaccinations and preventions (flea, tick, heartworm and worm)* Since moving to Tuscaloosa, I’ve gotten a job at a vet clinic and my boyfriend (Mason) attends UA. He loves animals just as much as I do and we will always have them in our home! Our schedules are very flexible and someone is almost always home:) My dog Tug is a GSP (German shorthair pointer) and is absolutely rotten! He loves going to the dog park and is very friendly and loves meeting new people and friends!! With that being said we can always take them to the dog park if allowed and play with them in the backyard and definitely go get pup cups! I will not be alone any of the time for my safety and the animals safety, I will always have help and support!

About: I’ve had my own dog for 8 years and moving away from home for college definitely made me miss him very much! I love looking after other people’s dogs and enjoy getting to know them and their habits and I love spending quality time with them. I don’t have any experience specifically training dogs but I love teaching them fun little tricks and am always excited to take on new challenges I’m currently working part-time and semi-remotely so I am very flexible on timing!
