We had a beach trip that kinda came out of nowhere with a 10~ week old puppy that also jumped in our lives unexpectedly and we needed somewhere for him to stay while we were gone! I had never used Rover before but I knew our puppy, Bubba, was not old enough to stay at a boarding facility so I thought I would try it out. Bubba had a blast and I always looked forward to the videos Whitney would send me of him playing with her sweet dog, Pearl! For anyone that has a young puppy, I highly recommend Whitney cause if he had been at a boarding facility he wouldn’t have been able to play and get all his puppy energy out!”

Morgan was super patient with my many questions and happily allowed a meet and greet in advance of Bailey’s stay so I could see her home and yard. When we arrived for Bailey’s stay, Mason and Morgan had it planned very carefully for a safe introduction to another dog staying with them and their dog, Tug. During her stay, Bailey enjoyed playing with Tug and the other pup visiting. Morgan sent me photo and video updates and was always super speedy in her responses to my texts. Although my current orange child threatens to revoke that privilege at least once a week for using her room as my office. About: Hi furbaby parents! 🐕❤️ I know having to get sitter service, drop-in's or walks scheduled for your baby can be stressful nowadays. It's also hard to know who is the best fit, until you try. Life can be busy & demanding at times, & I understand the importance of finding the right one who will take great care of your baby. 🐶♥️ Being raised in the country with several furbabies, of various sizes with my grandma who was also an absolute furbaby-lover! So it just comes natural to me. Bc to me, they are our babies, our children & I have 30+ years experience of caring for them. Like us, they each have their own likes, dislikes, quirks & personalities. I have furkids myself & my house is setup for them- I just do the feeding, loving, treating, playing, replenish supplies & cleaning!🐶🥰 I have furbaby beds in several rooms, gates between doorways so in case someone wants to be alone, I can accommodate, or if your baby needs time to warm up to a new place, thats another reason to have gates, for them to meet & greet at their own pace. I just don't like the idea of having to stay in kennels, like at the vet! I have a whole playroom for furbaby friends with plenty of toys, beds & a fenced in backyard for supervised potty & play! My babies love everyone, but I know not everyone else's pups love the same things. I do understand how important the care for your baby is! Its important for them all feel safe & comfortable. I have kennels if needed, which we rarely use, with a spare room if needed. So if one wants to nap quietly & another wants to run & play, its no problem at all. *I can do boarding in my home, sitter service, stop by for drop-in visit & feed/water, potty & play, or stop by & take them for a walk. I can stop by for kitty care, but cant board Ms/Mr Kitty at my house, sorry. *Ater hours pickup/drop off is no problem. My furkids are neutered/ spayed, fully vaccinated & get monthly heartworm/hookwork flea/tick prevention 💊 Prevention & good health is very important to me, as I would hope yours is taken care of also. They love to play, & get along great with other furbabies! About: I got my first family dog at the age of 12 and he was a 100 pound chocolate Labrador named Max. When I moved to Germany, I was not allowed to take him so he currently lives with my brother. After moving back to the US, I got my own toy poodle at the age of 16 named Eymber and was completely responsible for her. Once I moved to college, I got her a puppy named Koko and they absolutely love eachother. Eymber is now 5 years old and koko is 1. Occasionally, I stop by the Tuscaloosa animal shelter to volunteer and I love being the reason a pup was happy that day. I am someone who loves routines and I am very dependable. What sets me apart is my patience and my attention to detail. I will take time to get to know your pet, because they deserve to feel comfortable while their favorite person is away. I have a set schedule at my part-time job as a runner for a local firm, and college classes, but everything is the same week by week, so my schedule is very consistent. For this summer, I will be able to drop by anytime before 9 am and after 5 pm on Monday and Tuesday, or anytime before 9:00 am or after 11:30 pm Wednesday and Thursday! Friday-Sunday is completely free, and nights are always open unless I’m out of town! I will try my best to be there. Current Availability: Monday & Tuesday : 6:00 am - 9:00 am, just enough time for a quickkk bathroom break or drop in, 5:00 pm+ Wednesday & Thursday : 6:00 am - 9:00 am, 11:45 am + Friday - Sunday: Open. About: I am super flexible and comfortable with dog care. I currently have an energetic young german shepherd so I understand the importance of dogs getting lots of exercise so that they can relax throughout the day. The main breeds I have experience with are Labs/Retrievers, German Shepherds, Beagles, Mixed Breed herding dogs, and Horses! I understand when dogs want to play and when they need their own space to relax. I currently have a german shepherd that I exercise twice a day either by walking, hiking, fetching or chasing hose water. Typically, I do one of these activities in the morning and one in the evening. My dog is free fed throughout the day, but I am familiar with dogs that prefer the routine of scheduled feeding or don't have self control, so I am comfortable following the routine that the dog is used to. I have a great walkable neighborhood, but I am very familiar with great places to walk and hike with dogs throughout the city. I am a grad student with lots of flexibility so my schedule is different from week to week, during the summer I will have lots of time each day to spend with your pup, but during the year I will provide excersize but less one-on-one time. I have a fenced in yard and a 1900 square foot home with hard surfaced floors. I don't allow my dogs on furniture, but if your dog is used to it, that is not currently a concern. My fences are sturdy and chain link, and about four feet tall. I prefer dogs that are crate trained overnight, and am happy to provide my own crates for them to sleep in. If they are not, I would happy to set up a play pen environment for them to be in!

About: Hi furbaby parents! 🐕❤️ I know having to get sitter service, drop-in's or walks scheduled for your baby can be stressful nowadays. It's also hard to know who is the best fit, until you try. Life can be busy & demanding at times, & I understand the importance of finding the right one who will take great care of your baby. 🐶♥️ Being raised in the country with several furbabies, of various sizes with my grandma who was also an absolute furbaby-lover! So it just comes natural to me. Bc to me, they are our babies, our children & I have 30+ years experience of caring for them. Like us, they each have their own likes, dislikes, quirks & personalities. I have furkids myself & my house is setup for them- I just do the feeding, loving, treating, playing, replenish supplies & cleaning!🐶🥰 I have furbaby beds in several rooms, gates between doorways so in case someone wants to be alone, I can accommodate, or if your baby needs time to warm up to a new place, thats another reason to have gates, for them to meet & greet at their own pace. I just don't like the idea of having to stay in kennels, like at the vet! I have a whole playroom for furbaby friends with plenty of toys, beds & a fenced in backyard for supervised potty & play! My babies love everyone, but I know not everyone else's pups love the same things. I do understand how important the care for your baby is! Its important for them all feel safe & comfortable. I have kennels if needed, which we rarely use, with a spare room if needed. So if one wants to nap quietly & another wants to run & play, its no problem at all. *I can do boarding in my home, sitter service, stop by for drop-in visit & feed/water, potty & play, or stop by & take them for a walk. I can stop by for kitty care, but cant board Ms/Mr Kitty at my house, sorry. *Ater hours pickup/drop off is no problem. My furkids are neutered/ spayed, fully vaccinated & get monthly heartworm/hookwork flea/tick prevention 💊 Prevention & good health is very important to me, as I would hope yours is taken care of also. They love to play, & get along great with other furbabies! About: Since I was little, I was around animals all the time. My mom‘s cat lady gene was very strong, because I have six very special cats myself: Ruby (an orange tabby with three legs), Freya (a long-haired dilute torbie), Luna (a silly calico), Phoebe (a tortie with white socks), Callisto (a gray teddybear who came to us as a yard stray) and Poe (void cat who was born in our house). Although I do not want the commitment of adding a dog to the mix full-time, I also love taking care and playing with all puppers! I work full-time during the week, but I have a flexible work times. I can schedule walks and check-ups early in the mornings and starting after 5 pm in the afternoon. I am available most weekends, both Saturday and Sunday. I will familiarize myself with your space and where your pets are allowed. It is important to me to understand if your pet will try to test limits and rules with me that might apply in your home. Both cats and dogs react differently to strangers, so it is important for me to not force them to interact if they want their space.
About: My animal and pet sitting experience is very extensive from having at most 4 dogs in my house growing up and farm sitting, cat/dog/lizard/fish sitting since I was 13. I love all animals and their health, safety, and happiness is my number one priority. Currently I’m a student in Alabama, originally I’m from South Carolina and have done pet sitting there for awhile. Although I do have class Monday-Friday I am available in the afternoons as my classes are all in the morning for the most part. I am also almost always available on the weekends! Personally, I have a female English Pointer mix who is very friendly with other dogs and people… she is easy going to say the least. Depending on your pups and the environment River could possibly be a good playmate if your fur babies are lonely. Safety is number one so I wouldn’t ever do anything without owners permission.

Morgan was super patient with my many questions and happily allowed a meet and greet in advance of Bailey’s stay so I could see her home and yard. When we arrived for Bailey’s stay, Mason and Morgan had it planned very carefully for a safe introduction to another dog staying with them and their dog, Tug. During her stay, Bailey enjoyed playing with Tug and the other pup visiting. Morgan sent me photo and video updates and was always super speedy in her responses to my texts. I could not be happier with Bailey’s stay with Morgan, Mason, and Tug. I’m sure she’ll be back with Morgan when we visit our Bama student again in the future.”
