About: I know that you have many options for care. I have been working through Rover since early 2020 and would like to share some information about myself. I made the decision to take an early retirement after twenty-two years at Northwestern State University when my husband and I relocated to Shreveport and both of our children went off to college. This move gave me the opportunity to pursue a job that I ❤️ and am passionate about. I believe dogs and cats are the most awesome of Earth's creatures, and, in my eyes, are such precious members of our families. I am a long-time dog and cat owner and currently a parent to three rescued dogs. I also was an active volunteer and Board Member for Natchitoches Hope for Paws dog rescue from 2012 to 2022. During this time, I worked with 150+ rescued dogs at the site and through the foster program. I found so much pleasure and enjoyment working as a rescue volunteer and wanted to expand my love and care of these most precious of animals. As a volunteer, I cleaned kennels, administered medications, walked and played with dogs, worked with basic training techniques and leash walking, and evaluated and monitored dog behaviors and personalities for proper socialization and integration with other dogs including aggressive and high anxiety dogs. I treat all animals as if they are my own. I love all fur babies big, small, young, and old. I am available at any time and since I am retired, I am able to provide drop-in services, walks, and overnight care (for socialized and house trained dogs who are current on all shots and flea/tick preventives), including medication administration and care for aggressive and high-anxiety dogs. I have no problems with cleaning up accidents and will ensure that your home stays clean of messes. I am also a firm believer in sending pictures while you are away so you can be comforted that your dog (or cat) is receiving nothing but the upmost care and love while you are away. No requested service is to great or small! I would welcome the opportunity to help you with care needs for your fur babies! Since I am retired, I am available at any time for drop-ins, walks, and overnight boarding (socialized and house trained only). I am also able to work around flexible and changing schedules. I live in a house with a large fully fenced backyard and have a doggy door which allows the dogs to move freely in and out of the house as they desire.

About: I've owned cats and dog most of my life. I have over 20 years of pet care experience. I also have worked for a five star boarding facility for a few years. Owning and caring for animals is a passion of mine. Your dog is in good hands when they are in my care. 🐶 Breakfast is at 7am, dinner is 5pm, bed time is 7pm. Your furr baby will have lots of yard time. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room to run around. On warm days they will have a choice to play in the doggy pool. If your pup is boarding with us they will receive a complimentary bath, If requested. We have a boarding room with its very own A/C. So your pup will feel at home. I will only take a couple of dogs at a time, they must be in the same family. I want a mellow environment for your furr baby. Non stress environment is what we strive for! Walks will be around my property, there are plenty of dog friendly trails. Home visits will be just that, I will check on your furr baby feed them and spend time with them. Reassuring them that they are safe and ok. If im doing walks only, im willing to take your furr baby where ever, local dog park around your neighborhood.

About: Hi there! I’ve been caring for pets for over 5 years now, and it’s truly one of my greatest joys. I’m a proud dog mom to a soon-to-be one-year-old Rat Terrier who keeps me on my toes and fills my days with love and laughter. I have a soft spot for all fur babies and plenty of free time during the day to give them the attention, play, and care they deserve. Whether it’s walks, snuggles, or just making sure they feel safe and loved, I treat every pet like part of the family! I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, which means I’m home all day with plenty of time and love to give! I’d be so happy to care for your dog like my own—whether it’s cuddles, playtime, or just keeping them company while you’re away. have a fully fenced backyard with plenty of room to run and play, and my own fur baby, Stormi—a playful little Rat Terrier—who loves making new doggie friends. We have a large shed for indoor cool play too for those hot summers. That biggg doggy house is just for the dogs , a comfortable sofa and cozy home like atmosphere for them! Whether your dog loves outdoor playtime, cozy naps, or peaceful walks around the neighborhood, I’ve got it covered. I’m also happy to crate your dog if needed to match their routine and keep them comfortable. Your pup will be treated like family here! 🐾

About: I have many years of experience dog sitting dogs of all ages, from senior dogs to young puppies. I’m very accommodating to high energy dogs who needs lots of activity and have experience with basic dog training from my days fostering dogs. I’ve fostered dogs with behavioral issues as well as separation anxiety, so I’m prepared for any situation. I adore all dogs and treat them like they’re my own (I have a 7 year-old German Shepherd). I will always leave your home clean and give your dogs lots of love! I’m currently working part time so I have very flexible availability and the ability to spend lots of time with your pets during the day! I’m an organized person and I like to keep things clean, so even though your pets will have lots of play time there won’t be any toys or messes left. I’m very respectful of a client’s space and treat it like I’d like someone to treat my home.
